: Avid Car Transport Really Got The Job Done
I gave Avid Car Transport a try after searching near and far... I spoke with Kim and she was very helpful. Seems no one else would go to the location I needed my Ford picked up - Kim promised to have results and she delivered. My car was being picked up the following day for sameday delivery. My mustang in California needed to be picked up before I got onto my plane. I decided to shop around and came across Avid online. Curt quoted me and explained what Avid could offer. I choose Avid ultimately because Curt made me feel most comfortable out of everyone I had spoken to. The mustang was on their truck and I had time to make my flight to South Carolina where I met for delivery. Everything went according to plan other than the 24 hour tracking. Everytime I wanted an update I had to call the driver.. Other than that I have no complaints as my main concerns were a timely pickup and safe delivery - both of which was completed. Avid Car Transport would be a good choice to make for a relocating individual who needs a vehicle shipped. (more)

: It was a 20 minute process to book the order and I paid the rest upon delivery.
I came across their website and filled out my information. They emailed me the quote and once I was ready I gave them a call. I really like these guys because they didnt bombard my phone with calls, they emailed me and allowed me to contact them! We only spoke once and she collected my address information and payment. : AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Avid contacted me after I entered contact information on a website that provided quotes for transporting cars.
I gave a deposit on 12/6/2011 for a pick up of my car on Dec 26 or 27th. The week before my scheduled pick up, I tried to contact Kimberly at both numbers on the contract they e-mailed me. One number was never answered and the other number gave a recording that said the number was disconnected. I sent an e-mail which generated an automated reply that someone would get back with me. No one ever did.
The week of pick up, I called both numbers and received an answering machine message stating someone would call me back. No one ever did. The e-mails were never responded to either
By the day of the pick up, a carrier had not been assigned so I canceled the pick up per the contract via e-mail and phone. I never made contact with a real person either way and Avid never refunded me my deposit per the contract.
I am trying to get my money back from my back as of this writing.

I called Avid Car Transport after purchasing a vehicle from the auction. I notified Kim we had 5 days until charges would accumulate and she made sure it was picked up the day before I was going to be charged. I even had the motorcycle delived to their location and they stored it for a week with no additional charges. I really appreciated how they handled the situation so that I could focus on my travel arrangements. Thanks again (more)

I needed my inop Dodge pickup shipped to Corona Ca for repairs and Kim assisted me with the transport. She was prompt and very attentive to all my shipping needs. They delivered the next day and I paid cash on delivery. Thanks Kim (more)

: Simple Shipping
Avid Car Transport really turned out to be "Dependable Shippers".... I went back and forth a while trying to decide , I ended up going with Kim at Avid Car Transport and she was extrememly helpful throughout the entire process. I asked about 20 questions minimum because I didnt know what to expect as a first time shipper- well she explained it all with ease and didnt seem the slightest irritated. 3 days later my car was being picked up in Miami Fl and being shipped to California. Everything was very simple and I really appreciate all the effort because I was truly afraid to ship my car after hearing all of the horrific rumors. I must say Avid Car Transport is a very good choice to make if you dont want any issues. Thanks again Kim! (more)
