I was very impressed with Angels Transport. I had never done this before, and was concerned about the legitimacy of the companies that sent me bids. A friend told me about Angels, so I went with them even though they were a bit pricey. The entire process when smoothly. They kept me informed and delivered the car in prefect condition. The vehicle was picked up on the appointed day and was delivered the next day. The drivers were careful and skilled. There was rain and they backed this huge trailer down my driveway right to the garage door. Condition of the vehicle was perfect.  (more)

Had to move a new SUV on an open carrier from California to New England at +/- 3000 miles. Contacted Angels Moving Autos (AMA) as I have in the past, and Dina and Eddy were on the quote within minutes. My contact reaching out to AMA was on a Thursday, and the SUV picked up Monday with constant communication and updates from the start from both AMA and the actual driver as well! SUV was delivered quickly for a very reasonable price, on time and across the country as promised. No issues with damage and a clean inspection report 3,000 miles later. After checking with some others in the classic Porsche community, Angels seemed the obvious choice. No regrets, would absolutely use again. I moved to the Northeast from California and had to leave my car behind for three months. I had a friend drive the car occasionally while I was gone. Even so, the battery was dead on pick up day. Angels went above and beyond to jump the car and safely load it. On delivery day, we jumped it again and now it is safe in its new home with a battery tender incoming. My car was immaculate when it left. Immaculate on delivery. The driver pointed out that he left a fingerprint on my front hood when he jumped the battery. Ha. Finally, just a note about communication. Angels was in constant communication before and during transit. In fact, I had to change the delivery destination and we did it all by text, promptly and easily.  (more)

Angels Moving Autos just delivered our car from Minneapolis to Tucson. The entire process was flawless. The pickup and delivery were right on time and our driver kept us well informed the entire trip. We used an enclosed carrier. The driver did a complete inspection of the car on both ends of the trip. Needed to ship my 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII from Ohio down to Texas after winning it on eBay. Considered flying in and driving it home, but I did not have the time to spare. The selling dealer suggested Angels Moving Autos. So I called and spoke with Miranda. She quoted me $800 for the trip and I booked it. Was it the cheapest? NO, but the dealer said he ships a lot of cars with Angels, so I went with them. The car was picked up in Ohio on Tuesday afternoon. It arrived Thursday in Texas. I could not believe it! 2 days to get the car 1200 mi. The car was delivered in immaculate shape and after checking it over, I paid the driver. WOW! Talk about great service! They kept me up to date during the move as to when it would be picked up/delivered. 100% quality job by all! If I need another car moved, I am calling Angels Moving Autos!!!  (more)

I have had nothing but a great experience with them. In fact I now have Dina and her crew on speed dial when it comes to shipping my cars! The communication is A++, I always know exactly what is going on when its going on, and they also communicate efficiently with the recipient of the vehicle on the other end so I do not have to. 8 of the 9 times I have used them was for closed transport of high end vehicles I own, all over $250,000 car value each. I just received a new Shelby F150 today from CA to NC via open transport and the experience was just as good. No damage, driver was on time, communication was on point. A+ experience! This tow involved the owners who live in France and storing their car at my house. It involved two states which means it had to be done by a transport company before it get to Edys. Each step along the way I was kept abreast of what was happening and what would happen by text message from Edys. This was excellent and I could not ask for a better experience. I contacted many different carriers to transport from a small city in Idaho to Portland Oregon. This company was the only honest, upfront company I spoke to. My father drove a Triumph Stag that he purchased new. Now that he is 94, he no longer drives the car, and we decided the car would go to my brother who lives in Connecticut. My brothers and I all love that car, and we knew it needed some tender loving care to get across the country. My brother found Angels and arranged for the car to be picked up. Dina and her team were in communication with me all throughout the process, and the carrier, Dmitri, who picked up the car was incredibly helpful and efficient and the whole process of loading took under an hour. It was comforting to see how careful they were and when they left I felt confident the car would make its way across the country safely. Not every car is a beloved family heirloom, but Angels will certainly treat it like it is. If you need a car moved anywhere, The team at Angels will make sure it gets there.  (more)

Amanda is the BEST!!! This was my first time transporting a car and I like to do a lot of research so naturally, I was terrified by all the horror stories about shady brokers, crazy delays, and damage to the car in the auto transport industry. Needless to say, I was VERY selective in choosing a professional transport service. Angels came highly recommended by the dealer I bought the car from and Amanda did not disappoint. Super professional and everything went exactly as described. Absolutely no surprises. She made the process as smooth as possible with timely updates. There was a small 1-day delay but that is still pretty good and not an unreasonable delay. Sad to see there are negative reviews but my auto transport with Angels went smoothly without a hitch. Car came in perfect condition. I will not hesitate to use them again. Would recommend!  (more)

I've used this company twice and, while it got my vehicle to the place I wanted it, my recent move involved the single-worst customer support experience I've ever had. Dina, the company's owner, seems to believe that it doesn't matter how terrible she treats her customers as long as the vehicle arrives in good condition. We called her yesterday to receive an update on the status of my vehicle, as we'd been dealing with some issues (the transporters truck broke down for a few days mid-transit). After reasonably requesting an update on the status of our valuable possession (it's a car, it costs a non-trivial amount of money, we're right to want to know where it is), Dina flew off the handle and snapped at us. At this point, my mother was taken aback and pushed back on Dina's extraordinarily disrespectful tone and language, which seemed to infuriate this woman even more. She finally relented and decided to bring on the transporter point of contact. As soon as this man got on the call, Dina dropped this bomb, with my mother able to hear all of this: "I have this rude, obnoxious customer on the line. She's probably fat and ugly." This is no joke. She said this verbatim. I do customer support for a living and I would be fired before I finished the call if I said something like this. Dina, then texted me, insulting my mother further. My girlfriend and father were both present for this call and corroborated my mother's story; Dina was vile and rude on the call. I called Dina today to demand an apology for the astoundingly terrible behavior she portrayed and she accused my family and my girlfriend of being liars and insinuated that it doesn't make any difference how terrible she was to us because the car arrived fine. Do not use this company. I was thinking about posting the name of the carrier here as they did a decent job getting the car over (though they did arrive for pickup two days early; royally screwing up my entire week), but any business that would associate themselves with such an awful manager should not receive your business. Dina appears to have some issues dealing with people; go ahead and check other review sites. You'll note that among the good reviews (likely from people that didn't ask Dina any "rude" questions such as "May I have a status update on my vehicle?") there are many that point out that Dina may be a borderline sociopath. I used this review board to find Angels. I called all the top 5 star companies, and found out that they were all brokers and did not have their own trucks. Dina explained the process thoroughly with patience. The other companies I talked with did not have the time to explain the process to me, they were ready to get my credit card. I am glad I picked Angels, everything went great, I got updates from Sam and Sarah while the vehicle was being hauled, and it arrived safe and sound.
