Review Description
Most of the shift of my truck went just fine. When my truck got to Ohio the driver called and said he was prepared to deliver my truck and could I meet him at Wal-Mart. I said yes. He then said I needed to bring an additional $150. I ask why, he said because my truck would not start because the battery was dead. I ask can I jump start it he said no he would have to do that and it would price $150. By the time I got to Wal-Mart, the truck was on the ground. On the back of the T & M auto Transport Bill of Lading/INVOICE it states. There will be an additional accuse for vehicles that have to be winched onto or off the carrier because they do not have enough power to pull themselves onto the transporter, and for vehicles which become Inoperable during shipment. Vehicles that cannot be driven on or off the transporter under their own power are not insured for any cause. No Exceptions. $150.00. The truck had no problems with starting before or on the day they picked it up, even though there were times it set for a week or extra at a time.
