I was in need of a car tranporated as soon as possible from Ca to Ga where I lived for one year . I was straned in Ga and I needed a spare care that I bought In Ca . at the time to be delivered A S A P . Alex was able to make this happan even though they where over booked . My Car came with no damage , or missing items from the trunk . My car arivved one day eariler . I have recomened ALL Amercian to others as well. I would not hestite to use All Amercian again . I have already used All America Auto Transport 3 times and more satisfied than last time. I will strongly recommend AAAT for their outstanding car shipping services. Both the pickup and delivery was on time. They informed about the process earlier and made the process simple and stress free. To be frank, I was relaxed throughout the car shipping process. I ELECTED TO UTILIZE THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY DUE TO THE SO CALLED FACTS I WAS PROMISED, I WAS TOLD THAT IF I PAID EARLY MY VEHICLE WOULD BE PICKED UP WHEN I NEEDED THE SERVICE. SO I PAID ON WEDNESDAY THE 22 OF FEB 2012 SO MY VEHICLE WOULD BE PICKED UP FRIDAY MORNING IT CLEARLY SHOWS THIS ON THE RECEIPT. WELL COME FRIDAY NOR HIDE NOR HAIR WAS PRESENT TO PICK-UP THE VEHICLE, I WAS TOLD BY CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE WITHING A 5 HOUR PERIOD THAT THERE WAS 2 TRUCKS IN THE AREA AND THAT THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM FOR THEM THE PICKUP THE VEHICLE. WELL TODAY IS SATURDAY THE 25TH OF FEB 2012, AND NOT A PHONE CALL OR E-MAIL TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THEY HAVE CAUSED ME, OR THE INDIVIDUAL THAT WAS WAITING FOR THEM TO ARRIVE SO HE COULD TURN THE VEHICLE OVER TO THEM, THIS COMPANY DOES NOTHING BUT LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS IN ORDER TO PROFIT FROM THEM. Transportation great, checked in on status, pickup on time and delivery was before time (which was communicated to me by the driver), which was incredible. Would definitely use again!! Car had stuff in it, and none of it was touched, and car was received in perfect condition despite the 2,500 mile trip in an open transport.  (more)

We placed the order on Wednesday, they picked the car up Friday from the Chicago area and delivered to Southern Fla on Monday. Carrier was asked to deliver by Monday or wait til following week as no one would be home. They went out of their way to make sure we got it before we had to go out of town. This is the second year we have used this company and both times they were courteous, professional and prompt. We will continue to use them in the future.  (more)
