Viceroy Auto Transport Services - Review

I booked with 2 other broker companies before contacting Viceroy. Both prior brokers jerked me around & could not live up to their Quote. Viceroy got a truck out the next day & the car could not be started. Viceroy contacted me & said they could send another truck with a winch to get car onto carrier. There was a reasonable extra charge for the winch carrier but I agreed & that truck picked car up the next day. I cant imagine what would have happened had I run into the no car start problem with one of those other broker scammers that I originally booked. Viceroy performed their job as they should & also went above & beyond. Hard to find reliable people & companies these days but Viceroy is a good one.  (more)

I cannot say enough great things about this transport company. I was treated with respect right off the bat with a friendly dispatcher that provided both verbal and text support throughout the entire process. The service provided was thorough, trustworthy and resulted in the best outcome for my transportation needs. Definitely recommend !  (more)
