Review Description

I booked with 2 other broker companies before contacting Viceroy. Both prior brokers jerked me around & could not live up to their Quote. Viceroy got a truck out the next day & the car could not be started. Viceroy contacted me & said they could send another truck with a winch to get car onto carrier. There was a reasonable extra charge for the winch carrier but I agreed & that truck picked car up the next day. I cant imagine what would have happened had I run into the no car start problem with one of those other broker scammers that I originally booked. Viceroy performed their job as they should & also went above & beyond. Hard to find reliable people & companies these days but Viceroy is a good one.
