Ultimate Auto Transport - Review

The world of shipping cars is not often easy and often has very little communication. From jump I felt like I was being updated on what was going to happen what was happening with quotes and bids for the shipment. I had a last minute change of plans that meant I would be shipping two cars instead of one, I called in a bit of crisis mode and Pat was not at all worried and got everything sorted by the next day and the cars arrived at the destination exactly when they were said they would be there which I was more than a little surprised by. At no point was I worried about my cars, and no point did I feel like I did not know what was going on. I would recommend Ultimate Auto Shipping to anyone and everyone.  (more)

Ultimate transport is not an honest company. Ultimate transport charged my account $275 for a service that was never completed. The company did not even use my real name on their invoice. There is only one scammer working from N.Y. taking calls and getting your money promising a service he does not have the equipment or personnel to complete. For example, he charged a $275 deposit to tow my daughters car on 08/20/21. A day later, someone called me to advise me that doing this job would be difficult and almost impossible. The person who called did not work for ultimate transport; he was a driver trying to get paid by Ultimate transport to finish the job. I was promised that the car was going to get to Miami, and in the end, nobody could tell me when this was going to happen. I end up using another company through my mechanic to get the job done.  (more)
