Ultimate transport is not an honest company. Ultimate transport charged my account $275 for a service that was never completed. The company did not even use my real name on their invoice. There is only one scammer working from N.Y. taking calls and getting your money promising a service he does not have the equipment or personnel to complete. For example, he charged a $275 deposit to tow my daughters car on 08/20/21. A day later, someone called me to advise me that doing this job would be difficult and almost impossible. The person who called did not work for ultimate transport; he was a driver trying to get paid by Ultimate transport to finish the job. I was promised that the car was going to get to Miami, and in the end, nobody could tell me when this was going to happen. I end up using another company through my mechanic to get the job done.
