U First Auto Transport - Review

This company exceeded my expectations. This was my first car shipping experience and we were shipping my daughters car from PA to Denver. John was very honest about the process and set realistic expectations. My daughters goal was to have the car in Denver when she landed. We ended up shipping it on the last day of the window, which was Friday of Labor Day weekend. I was not optimistic. I thought that she was going to get the car towards the end of the next week, since she was landing on a Monday which was Labor Day. Much to my surprise, the car was there before she landed. This company will say they can deliver and at the end of the day you will be stuck with an excuse about the truck breaking down and in the end not getting what you were promised. Took a day off from work and they never showed up to transport the vehicle. Do not believe the story about not taking American Express because they lost money in a previous deal, I believed this story and got taken by these scam artists. Make sure you read the deceptive agreement with all the fine print all jumbled together to deceive you. Billed my credit card $145.00 after notifying me that the transport truck broke down.
