This company exceeded my expectations. This was my first car shipping experience and we were shipping my daughters car from PA to Denver. John was very honest about the process and set realistic expectations. My daughters goal was to have the car in Denver when she landed. We ended up shipping it on the last day of the window, which was Friday of Labor Day weekend. I was not optimistic. I thought that she was going to get the car towards the end of the next week, since she was landing on a Monday which was Labor Day. Much to my surprise, the car was there before she landed. We coordinated for a friend to pick up and she was very happy. We were kept informed throughout the process.
