: Jessica N Is My 1st Choice
I hired UFA to help ship my daughters vehicle home from college. Jessica N at ext 123 was honest and helped me through the stressful process. Thrir price was fair...not 2 low n not 2 high. The other companies tried use scare tastics on but Jessica based herself on honesty. She was very friendly and always made me smile when I called... Next time I need 2 ship a car their will be no need to have several companies calling and emailing me.... I will call them and get it taken care of right away! (more)

: Transporting Vehicle
I was very pleased with this company customer service. They were very informative and helpful. They were always on time and explained everything in detail. They made sure our vehicle was safe and secure as it was being moved from California to Florida. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their vehicle transported. (more)

: unprofessional service
This place is awful. Do not use. Guy is rude and unprofessional-not sure how he got good reviews. They screwed up the transport, then blamed it on the customer. They will come up with all kinds of reasons not to refund your money if you cancel, which I did. Not sure who runs this monkey show, but beware. (more)

: Highly recommend
I have had many cars transported over the last few years and United Freight was the best experience so far. From first contacting them to final delivery every aspect of the process was easy, efficient, and on time. Their customer service was as good as it comes, and Diana made sure to keep me informed the whole time. The driver was on time, took good care of the car and delivered earlier than expected. I highly recommend United Freight. (more)

SO impressed with this company! Especially after other companies contacted us and we got a look at their equipment! Our advisor, driver, and all connected were top quality. Loading and unloading were perfectly & professionally managed. Would use them again in a heartbeat. (more)

: Down to Business
United Freight of America was great to work with. Everyone that I spoke with throughout the process was helpful and kind. I always felt like I was being taken care of as if I was a VIP customer. My advice to customers that are looking to ship a car: Have patience. The process is not cut and dry, and not everything happens exactly as planned, just like everything in life. The most important thing in my opinion is the care that you receive. This is why I would recommend using United Freight. They actually care about their customers. (more)

: Moving cross country
Moving cross country is not easy, especially when you have three young children. The company that moved my household goods was ok, although I had some problems with slight damage. The company that shipped my car, United Freight of America was excellent. I dealt with a sales person named Jessica who was polite and well-informed. I felt very comfortable with Jessica from the beginning because of the knowledge she had and patience in answering all of my questions and concerns. It was my first time taking care of a move like this one and of course, I had many questions after doing research on the web. She instilled confidence in me that I can trust United Freight to perform the service well, which they did. The carrier that they scheduled was Infinity Auto. The driver called me 1 day in advance to schedule for the following day and he was extremely professional. He arrived on time for the pickup and was very careful when loading my car. I promised Jessica that I would post my comments on the experience that I had with her and united Freight and I am happy to be able to write this positive review. Great job Jessica and United Freight of America. (more)

: Highly Unprofessional Service
I was lured into scheduling with this company due to their relatively cheap quote (which they later increased the price of). This is my story:
I scheduled my pickup for 7/28 with the stipulation that my car would be picked up +/- 72 hrs (3 days), David F (from the scheduling "department") gave me a verbal guarantee that it would be done. I had an absolute deadline of 7/31 for pickup (my lease on the property was expiring). I get a call mid-day on 7/28 (warning number 1, they didn't even find a carrier until the DAY OF pickup) saying they had found a carrier, but it would cost an additional $50 (original quote was $300, revised quote was $350, an increase of 17 percent). I said that was fine, as long as it was picked up by 7/31. They said it would definitely be picked up by then, and I had nothing to worry about. On 7/29 I received a phone call saying that the carrier had broken down, but it would still definitely be picked up by 7/31, and most likely it would be picked up by 7/30. Aimee (from the dispatch "department") said she would call me back by the day's end to confirm they had a carrier. About 5:30PM I started to worry because I had not received a call back (warning number 2), so I tried to call them but they had all left for the weekend. Mid-day 7/30 I still had not heard anything from the company, so I tried to call them again. After about 5 hours of trying every extension the company's phone line offered, I realized that NO ONE at this company WORKS ON THE WEEKEND (warning number 3). Seeing as I had 24 hours left to remove my car from the property or else face penalties for breaching my lease, I had to go with another company (The Car Transporters, totally worth the extra money). I FINALLY received a call back about noon on 8/1 (3 days after my last contact) saying that they had found another carrier that would pick it up by 8/2 (5 days after the stated pick-up date and 2 days after the deadline date).
I requested a refund, seeing as there were no services exchanged between myself or the company. David F gave me the line, "You should've waited until Monday. Since you cancelled within 4 days of the service date you don't get a refund." They have my money, why should they care? Right? It's all-to-easy to forget the verbal commitments you make to your customers when all you see is dollar signs.
Do NOT trust this company to pick up your car anywhere NEAR the date you request. It seems as if they do not even start looking for a carrier until the day before the actual pick-up date. This company claims that customer service is a "top priority," but DO NOT believe it. They will act like they care until they have your deposit, then they sit back and slack off when they should be working on your order, ensuring their customers are treated with respect and dealt with honestly. They do NOT work on the weekends, they do NOT work after 5PM, and this means that your order is processed VERY SLOWLY, IF AT ALL. They DO NOT care about deadlines and they have NO COMPASSION for their customers.
Pay the extra money and go with a 5 star rated company, it's well worth the extra customer service and peace of mind that your property is looked after correctly. (more)

: Late / Damaged / Non-responsive carrier
This was not my first move, I had a very bad experience choosing this mover. They picked up my car before my actual move date, saying the truck is available & car will delivered soon in NJ.
Everything was fine till pickup, two week after pickup I called truck driver to check where the truck has reached & the story begins..I was told that truck & broken down somewhere in TN & will be ready in a week, thereafter everytime I call I hear same story , when I call customer service, first of all you will be lucky if your call gets answered without long wait..
Finally when I got my car I find a dent on the front hood & reason truck driver tells me is due to hail storm ... surprisingly that storm had just one hail that just hits my car alone & none of the other cars on truck!
Customer service promises to take care of the damage & asks me to send all the details which I did on same day...Now its almost two months & still I have not heard anything from UFAservices (http://www.ufaservices.com/) everytime I call 866-644-7765 - 99% my call is not answered not sure if they block my phone number or what..for all my emails there is no response..
More ever, the front window of my car were left open & my entire dashboard & front seats were covered with dust at the time of delivery !
My car was delivered late & worse part is there was no communication from this carrier & finally gifted with a dent on it worth $1000 which is more than than my moving cost!
Do not trust this mover. (more)

: Terrible service
I contacted this company 2 months prior to the scheduled pick up date for my car and they assured me along the way that they will be able find a driver for $895 for sure. They even assured me this price as of less than one week before the scheduled pick up date. But things changed 5 days before the pick up date. Now Demetry said they could not find a driver to ship it for the quoted price and I have to pay $250 more for each of our 3 cars! They were also very bad about keep promises of calling me when they said they would. They did not keep me updated on the situation.
I think they were leading us on and stay with them until the last minute and now we do not have other arrangement! Highly unprofessional people.. I would not use them. (more)
