J review for United Freight Of America

Review Description

I contacted this company 2 months prior to the scheduled pick up date for my car and they assured me along the way that they will be able find a driver for $895 for sure. They even assured me this price as of less than one week before the scheduled pick up date. But things changed 5 days before the pick up date. Now Demetry said they could not find a driver to ship it for the quoted price and I have to pay $250 more for each of our 3 cars! They were also very bad about keep promises of calling me when they said they would. They did not keep me updated on the situation. I think they were leading us on and stay with them until the last minute and now we do not have other arrangement! Highly unprofessional people.. I would not use them.
