United Auto Trans - Review

United Auto Trans. saved my car from being stuck in California. Upon being put on a wait list for my original car carrier I was put in touch with United Auto Trans. and was hesitant because it was a Cash on Delivery option. Being nervous to hand over $850 in cash I was quickly calmed by the friendly face of Peter. He made the delivery around my schedule and when we had to change locations to accommodate his rig I had no one to help move my car since I drove a friends car to meet him. After he learned of my situation he felt like the car would not be safe overnight and offered to help me drive to a nearby friends house. Peter saved me time and helped a stressful situation transition into a seamless operation. I would use this company again especially if Peter is driving.  (more)

I unfortunately did not have a positive experience with United Auto Transport. Despite being very clear about the times when my vehicle could be picked up (morning, night); they repeatedly assigned shippers that would call and request to deliver outside the times I made clear I was available. Those shippers would then disappear after I told them that, no, they had to deliver within the time frame I made clear I was available. After wasting a week with these guys, I dropped them. Added one star because at least they said I will receive a full refund.  (more)

I have booked my car with other companies and I was not very pleased with their services. With United Auto Trans I had no harms whatsoever. If you want to book your vehicle you may do it with them. My car arrived right on time and in ideal condition, except for some dirt collected on the road (which is completely normal). Thank you United Auto Trans!  (more)
