Review Description

I unfortunately did not have a positive experience with United Auto Transport. Despite being very clear about the times when my vehicle could be picked up (morning, night); they repeatedly assigned shippers that would call and request to deliver outside the times I made clear I was available. Those shippers would then disappear after I told them that, no, they had to deliver within the time frame I made clear I was available. After wasting a week with these guys, I dropped them. Added one star because at least they said I will receive a full refund.
