United Auto Carriers - Review

I have heard many stories about bad transports and feared moving my car from nj to fl but due to circumstance with my current job relocating me I had no option I need to report to work in Dorall, FL and it was friday.. Talk about a set up for a bad situation.. I called around and got a couple quote some lower then united auto but damian warned me that the lower price would create a problem in moving my vehicle promptly. I decided to listen to damian he sounded like he was being honest I booked with united auto and my car was picked up sat and delivered monday evening. So 625 and 1 day of public transit was a great deal on getting my car so promptly and hassle free!  (more)

All good on the first call then after they lie to you they will not answer any e-mails... i would say get someone else you will be better off ....i will never use these people again ...you will not be happy telling you now keep looking ...poor service ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,  (more)

We contracted United Auto Carriers to move two vehicles from Maine to Texas. They gave the contract to a New England based company. Both vehicles (a late model Ford SUV and a vintage Mercedes 450SL) sustained modest damage in the move. The Ford was driven into low hanging tree branches and the hood was scuffed/scratched consdierably and the MB had a large paint chip from the hold down chains on one wheel well. Both companies assured me the damage would be repaired on their account. Really tried hard to keep the cost down on the repairs but got the run around from both companies and never saw a penny in reimbursement. We had paid a premium for insurance for the move as well. Both companies have BBB F raitings so I guess I should not be surprised and I have my brother in law to thank for the selection of them.  (more)

the service was outstanding i have no complaints. I would absolutely use this company again there costumer service was enormous. the delivery of the transport was even previously than i expected.  (more)
