US Canada Auto Transport - Review

A near 900 mile trip took 19 days to complete. My car was picked up, closed carrier in Nova Scotia for a New York destination without my knowledge. I was informed by the seller. The car was then placed in a facility for 17 days without movement. Not one status update was offered by the company to me in regards to movement, customs, requirements for registration process. To obtain any info, I had to always call and was either rushed off the phone or given false information. The delivery date, a Monday, which I took a day off for, did not happen. I was told the driver was in possession of my car and was at the US/Canada border which was not the case. The driver was actually at a hospital due to an outdoor activity accident. I was then told next day, early delivery, day 2 taking off. No delivery that day either. The car eventually was delivered in the very early a.m. hours Wednesday. When delivered the car was covered in dust. You think they would have covered it. Note: I will say the driver was a super nice guy and was in contact with us. All in all, a terrible, stressful experience with a company that puts a top dollar transport fee, $3500+, over any customer satisfaction.  (more)

I called them to request a quote. Their customer representative was only willing to give me the price, when I followed up with couple more questions, the customer representative just hung up my call. I am not a native English speaker but I speak clear English. Is this the service I deserve? Definitely no!  (more)

I had to ship a Mercedes E320 from Arizona to Wisconsin. This is my first time using US Canada Auto Transport to ship my car. My first experience is the best experience. My car arrived in time but little dirty, but driver explained me the situation and was understandable. I found the people at US Canada Auto Transport to be friendly and knowledgeable. My questions about the pick up and drop off were answered quickly, the trucker called on time for pick up coordination. The Price they sent for my Quote is much cheaper compare to all other companies. The car was picked up right away and delivered so quickly.
