Review Description
A near 900 mile trip took 19 days to complete. My car was picked up, closed carrier in Nova Scotia for a New York destination without my knowledge. I was informed by the seller. The car was then placed in a facility for 17 days without movement. Not one status update was offered by the company to me in regards to movement, customs, requirements for registration process. To obtain any info, I had to always call and was either rushed off the phone or given false information. The delivery date, a Monday, which I took a day off for, did not happen. I was told the driver was in possession of my car and was at the US/Canada border which was not the case. The driver was actually at a hospital due to an outdoor activity accident. I was then told next day, early delivery, day 2 taking off. No delivery that day either. The car eventually was delivered in the very early a.m. hours Wednesday. When delivered the car was covered in dust. You think they would have covered it. Note: I will say the driver was a super nice guy and was in contact with us. All in all, a terrible, stressful experience with a company that puts a top dollar transport fee, $3500+, over any customer satisfaction.
