Turbo Auto Express LLC - Review

I’m leaving 2 stars prior to even seeing my vehicles condition although it has arrived “CLOSE” to my home address I provided. Dealing with this company has just been a NIGHTMARE. I went through a broker and at the time I was given a drivers number then a different drivers number. My vehicle arrived well out of the estimated time frame over one week. I understand that things can happen but c’mon over week now? My vehicle is how I make a livelihood during this pandemic as well. I asked the driver if he would work with me on the price due to all the delays and I was told to contact his boss so I did and his boss just flat out said “we did our job”. Yes you did your job but my car is LATE didn’t arrive on time and I’m meeting your driver at a truck stop not even in front of my subdivision. The boss later said to contact the auto broker which I told him the auto broker informed me it’s up to the driver. JUST A BUNCH OF RUNAROUNDS. If this is how the company chooses to do business I will request to NEVER have this company pick up my vehicle and for others just to be CAUTIOUS and READ REVIEWS!  (more)

From the beginning, the getting my truck quoted to delivery Turbo ExpressLLC was very understanding and made me feel comfortable with choosing them to move my truck. They answered all my questions. They instructed me on what to do as far as not leaving personal belongings in truck to doing an inspection and taking pictures of my truck for my protection. The cost was in my budget and very competitive with the bigger companies. The total process was done within 10 days. It was easy to communicate with Jimmy, Shannan and Brandy either by phone, text or email. They kept in contact with me from the beginning of process to letting me know promptly when my vehicle was picked up and delivered. The driver was polite to everyone from pick up to delivery and he kept in contact with me as to where my truck was at all times, he also done an inspection when he picked up and again when delivered. I would highly recommend and use Turbo Express LLC again if I ever need a vehicle transported. I believe we need to keep our hard earned money within our community and use the small businesses if at all possible. It makes it much easier when you have companies like Turbo Express LLC to do this.  (more)

We have been waiting for weeks for our car. The dispatcher is difficult to get a hold of and rarely returns email. We have not been kept informed of where our car is. We are promised times that keep getting pushed back. How long does one need to wait to consider my vehicle stolen?  (more)
