I will never again do business with The Car Transporters Inc . They offered free oil changes with my purchase and when I called to make an appointment for my second oil change I was rudely told it expired.... there was no use by or expiration date mentioned. I tried to trade the vehicle in at another dealership and was told the car fax showed an accident, which Hatch Motor never mentioned. The owner said the car fax was inaccurate, I asked him to make it right and either buy the car back or get the car fax corrected... he was so smug and said well it is a used vehicle... really!?! I walked out and will NEVER recommend this dealer. (more)

Working with this company was an overall very good experience. Holly was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions as I has them. She worked with me to get the vehicle picked up as soon as possible, and was even able to bring the cost down some for me to make this transaction fit my budget. She got me in contact with a trucker that was very professional. He was even able to pick up my vehicle a day early which I thought was really great. If I ever need to transport a car out of state again, no hesitation Holly at the car transporters will be the first person I call. (more)

Dennis and Car Transporters did an excellent job. We had a car shipped from LA to NY and then back to LA after being in NY for a 6 month job. The car was picked up and delivered efficiently and in the requested time frames. Highly recommend using Dennis and Car Transporters!! (more)

: Very happy customer
They quoted me online for a car I bought, they were a tad cheaper than everyone else, on the order I let them know when the car was paid for and a few days later they called me on when it’ll be picked up and delivered. It got delivered 1 day earlier than they told me which was ok since I couldn’t wait to get it. I would use them again. (more)

: Non Accountability for Damages on New VW
Elizabeth is very conscientious, polite and pleasant. She is very helpful however, she is limited on any ability to remedy any issue. I had two cars shipped at a cost of more than $3400. The VW was delivered so filthy dirty that I could not drive it - much less inspect it. Once I cleaned this brand new car off, I saw the front grill was damaged. I immediately contacted Elizabeth who told me to get three estimates and photos. The damage was never contested as it clearly was damaged and not debatable. After 60 days, 30 emails and phone calls - I have not gotten any resolution on the damage repair. In fact, Elizabeth just gives phone numbers to call their insurance company which consistently states they do not deal with any individuals- just their client. For a probable $350 claim and a 2-day auto rental - their lack of capability to process a claim and their stonewalling to get their insurance company to accept accountability makes it imperative to warn others. I will probably end up spending $600 more out of my pocket --for a prosperous company to accept NO responsibility when shipping a $35000 car and then ignore my emails and calls every week should be an omen to others to avoid this company.
