Elizabeth is very conscientious, polite and pleasant. She is very helpful however, she is limited on any ability to remedy any issue. I had two cars shipped at a cost of more than $3400. The VW was delivered so filthy dirty that I could not drive it - much less inspect it. Once I cleaned this brand new car off, I saw the front grill was damaged. I immediately contacted Elizabeth who told me to get three estimates and photos. The damage was never contested as it clearly was damaged and not debatable. After 60 days, 30 emails and phone calls - I have not gotten any resolution on the damage repair. In fact, Elizabeth just gives phone numbers to call their insurance company which consistently states they do not deal with any individuals- just their client. For a probable $350 claim and a 2-day auto rental - their lack of capability to process a claim and their stonewalling to get their insurance company to accept accountability makes it imperative to warn others. I will probably end up spending $600 more out of my pocket --for a prosperous company to accept NO responsibility when shipping a $35000 car and then ignore my emails and calls every week should be an omen to others to avoid this company.
