TLC Auto Relocation - Review

This was my 2nd time shipping a car from Florida to Northern California. First time using AS-TLC. Jerry was very helpful and responded quickly to any phone messages. Nice and very personable person to do business with. Would have given 5 stars except there was one small problem. I wish as the "broker", Jerry kept up with the status of my car & the company transporting it. I was not informed that my car would be changing trucks in Southern California and due to a problem with the driver who was scheduled to drive it North, it sat at the company lot for 2 days. Both that company & AutoShippingTLC should have informed me about the situation. I called the original driver for an update, and he figured out where the car was. When I contacted Jerry he did agree the other company did not handle it right and expressed both our disappointment them.  (more)

This is an auto mover I would love to use anytime I need such services. They delivered my two SUVs in a span of forty- eight hours all at affordable fees. Their insurance cover for the car while in transit impressed me. I would recommend Auto Shipping TLC to anyone in need of such services  (more)

I would highly recommend this transport service to carry out relevant transport needs. Great care was taken for my car and they got my car to its end in a timely manner. I had fun talking to the driver when he delivered the car. If I ever need another vehicle transported I will use this service to meet my needs.  (more)

This is the first time I am using the transport company for shipping my car. There was a minor problem when the car would not start to bring it off the transport truck, but the driver did a marvelous job figuring out the problem and getting it to start.
