Review Description

This was my 2nd time shipping a car from Florida to Northern California. First time using AS-TLC. Jerry was very helpful and responded quickly to any phone messages. Nice and very personable person to do business with. Would have given 5 stars except there was one small problem. I wish as the "broker", Jerry kept up with the status of my car & the company transporting it. I was not informed that my car would be changing trucks in Southern California and due to a problem with the driver who was scheduled to drive it North, it sat at the company lot for 2 days. Both that company & AutoShippingTLC should have informed me about the situation. I called the original driver for an update, and he figured out where the car was. When I contacted Jerry he did agree the other company did not handle it right and expressed both our disappointment them.
