Buyer BEWARE. !!!This is a scam operation... They quote you a price then hire a driver who demands more money on delivery .or no car..... Told car was to be picked up on a tue. Never came til thurs. Car was to be delivered from Sarasota fla to Roch, ny Car never left fla til 2 days later. Was promised to arrive on following Monday....never happened. They do not answer phone, texts, or emails . I had to leave it unattended because I had flight to catch. When car did arrive driver insisted on 200 $ more or would take it back to fla. I had to call sheriff. All in all terrible experience! Research companies before using. ...this was a nightmare!! I would give them NO STARS!! They have you at their mercy.. Outright SCAMMERS. Sheriff. Agreed they are bogus. Do not give them your business. SCAM. Even sheriff agreed they are.  (more)

Sun Auto did a great job. It was stressful moving to a new state on short notice, but they were very flexible and provided a great quote. I will be using them again next time i need auto shipping.  (more)

It is a shame that only bad service motivates a prompt review, but potential customers should stay away. Albert was not pleasant to deal with and was never able to have the car picked up. They kept my $100 deposit for good measure too, but small price to pay to be done with this awful company.  (more)

We had an agreement for $550.00 I paid $100 deposit /credit card then two weeks later I got my vehicle. The driver asked me to pay $600.00...I have an email where this cheater told me that he will refund next day the $150.00...it was a month ago, several calls with out answer, several email respond I will do that tomorrow for many times and nothing until today. We booked our vehicle pickup with Albert Newman and was quoted $350.00. Of the $350.00 a $50.00 broker fee was to be paid by credit card (which we did), and the balance of $300.00 was to be paid to the driver. Driver picked up the car on Monday and delivered late Tuesday afternoon. The problem started on delivery the driver wanted $350.00 or he would not leave the car. Apparently the driver called his dispatcher and the lady was very rude with my boss. So my boss paid the driver $350.00. I then spoke to Albert who assured me he would refund me the $50.00. After that phone call, several emails and a week later no refund. So I have no choice but to post a bad review and file a complaint to Better Business Bureau.  (more)

Albert Newman his name. This company is a complete scam! They low quote you so you can hire them. There is just one person working for this "company" and almost impossible to get a hold of him. Once they take your security deposit you are doomed. The guy always gives you excuses like the truck broke down or he had a car accident. He promised to refund my money within 48 hrs. It has been a month now and I am still waiting for my money. I sent many emails to this person and he has an automatic reply with the T  (more)

Sun Auto transport is very unreliable, dishonest, and unprofessional. This refers not only to their services, but also to the workers. The company has several numbers, however these numbers either lead to the same individual or the voicemail service. John arranged for my car to be picked up Friday Sept 7th for a total of 425.00. I had my first suspicions of the credibility of the company when John processed my payment and promptly hung up in my face before giving me a confirmation number or an order number. When I called back several times to get that information, he did not answer. On Friday I called to confirm what time to expect the driver. John stated that he could only get a driver to pick up the car as promised if I paid an additional $25.00. I refused to pay additional fee and stated that I wanted my deposit refunded to me. John stated that the dispatcher handled all the refunds. When I talked to the dispatcher he stated that the owner handled all of the refunds. When I called the owner he said he needed a couple of days to review the situation. I didn't hear back from him for several days. I called SunAuto Transport about two weeks ago. I spoke with the owner who said he would refund the deposit and it would show up in my account in the next two days. The money has not posted. Today, Sept 19, I called and the manager said he was going to process all of the refunds at the end of the month but he had to have the owner's approval first. Quickly frankly, SunAuto Transport is run and operated by schemers. I have contacted my bank to start the charge back process. I suggest that anyone dealing with the same situation do the same or consider suing.  (more)

I am so ashamed with myself for not looking at the reviews 1st. I cant even imagine this being a real company. My car was never picked up. I was on a very tight schedule to get it across the country and really don't know what to do now. These are the worst people ever. BAD. BAD. BAD....I don't know what else to say.  (more)

Beware - the stole and broke items an now avoiding my calls. Items affected steering wheel was stolen, Sony Radio stolen,The Dash Dome was broken, red carpet molding was stolen, the driver’s side pick plate was stolen and the center console was broken up and all tabs are missing I have been trying to contact them for 2 months now. I just called the shipper and Philip answered the phone. I told him who i was and he said hold on. 3 minutes later the line hungup. I called back and a lady answered the phone phone. I told her i wanted to speak with Philip and she said he doesn't work here any longer. This is the 2 time something like this has happened.  (more)

The first scheduled pick up date was May 20th, 2011, I waited all day, called them many times, no one answered, it was not until the next day at 7pm that a driver called me to tell me that he would pick up my car, I had a problem with that because he was not the driver that I was told would pick up my car, I would not have had a problem if Jainny or someone from that company would of informed me of the changes and that it was still under the insurance guarantee etc. I was very upset, felt that I was not taken seriously enough to receive a call back. On May 23rd, 2011 I was finally able to contact them and spoke to Felipe who told me that they would not refund the total deposit but would discount $50.00 for the inconvenience which I though was ok and then proceeded to schedule me for May 27th, 2011 again I waited all day I personally called the driver to make sure he was coming that day, when at approx. 7-8pm the driver calls me upset that he can't find my house, I asked him where he was so that I could guide him and that is when he tells me he is in SAN DIEGO I don't live in San Diego, I live in Riverside, CA which is about 80+ miles north of San Diego, all the documents including the paypal transactions have my Riverside, CA address. I should have suspected that they were not professional enough back when I was scheduling the first pick up Jainny had my address and tells me that the driver would pick my car up in Los Angeles which is 50+ miles west, I told her I lived in Riverside not Los Angeles and she said I thought you lived in CALIFORNIA, I had to explain the different cities etc. The second pick up was a bust, so I contacted them again the following Monday asked for a full refund and was treated very badly by miss Jainny she was very rude and basically told me I didn't know my own address. I can work with people who can acknowledge their mistakes but dislike those who blame others for their own incompetence. After giving them many opportunities to make things right I went with another company that scheduled my car pick up quickly and efficiently I had absolutely no problems. With Sun Auto Transport I lost time, work days and had to change my flight and even after so many mistakes on their part I was told that they have a NO REFUND POLICY which would be ok if and when they had not made so many mistakes and would have been able to offer reliable services nothing went right, BEWARE!!!!  (more)
