Review Description

Albert was quick to return my calls when I was scheduling service, and ready to spend money. Then he went silent and did not refuse multiple requests for contact over multiple days. There was no communication to confirm either my pickup or delivery, despite multiple polite requests for information. Delivery was two days later than what was originally promised. There was no confirmation delivery would happen, until 20 minutes in advance. Finally, and The Worst, the trucking company asked for $100 extra dollars over what I agreed to. My signed contract was for $650, while the order given to the trucking company totaled $750. The trucking company was not at fault. Albert misrepresented the arrangements between me and the trucking company. He is only a broker. And he is dishonest.
