: Poor Execution
Car was to deliver to NYC. The hauler that Sierra subcontracted advised they could not deliver into NYC. Sierra advised to take the car to Jersey and a second sub would take it from there. There was no second sub, the car got to Jersey and Sierra wanted me to pay a tow truck the rest of the way. They were no help at all resolving the problem. (more)

I selected this transport by the good reviews in the website.I am satisfied with their customer service.They did what they said.Driver communicated very well with me, was professional, and right on time. The car was picked-up in a timely manner and arrived at its destination safely. Sierra Transport has exceeded my expectations regarding the quality of service and reliability displayed during the shipment of my car. I didn't think I would ever buy a car online, but I was not able to get the car I wanted in my general area. At last I found it on ebay, but it was in Arizona.My friend recommends this transport for transporting car from Arizona to california.I am impressed by Sierra Transport service.My car delivered to me before the expected date and we were pleased with their service.I would definitely recommend this transport to anyone looking for a transport in timely manner. I was pleased that the car got to California safely despite the bad weather during the hoildays.The price was very reasonable, and the timeline from pickup to delivery was excellent. My only concern was that the driver of the truck didn't speak English very well and was thus difficult to communicate with by phone, but he was a nice guy and seemed honest.Their service exceeded my expectations, very professional and efficient.Thank you for a great service. The service was great starting with the quote, the attention, the promptness and the delivery. They provided the excellent service and the best price I could find on internet. The truck driver came and picked up the vehicle on time. My car arrived before the scheduled date which was great for me. They were very friendly, honest and they kept their promises. I highly recommended this company to everybody. (more)

Sierra Transport was awesome .Great people to Deal with! Did what they said they were going to do in the time they said! vehicle was picked up on time and delivered on time! Customer service was excellent. Everything went well with the pickup and delivery and vehicle was delivered without damage. These people are professionals and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their vehicle shipped. (more)

I was very happy with the service that Sierra Transport provided me while shipping my vehicle .The price of the transport was extremely reasonable and the service we received via telephone was outstanding. Picked up and dropped off when told. I would definitely use them again. I would use this Transport again, and I recommend it highly to others that may be in need of such services. (more)
