Review Description
Car was to deliver to NYC. The hauler that Sierra subcontracted advised they could not deliver into NYC. Sierra advised to take the car to Jersey and a second sub would take it from there. There was no second sub, the car got to Jersey and Sierra wanted me to pay a tow truck the rest of the way. They were no help at all resolving the problem.
