: Highly recommend
Second time I have used this service for cross-country shipping between NJ and LA. Worked with Gary both times and couldnot have gone any smoother - he kept me up-to-date at every step of the process and took the time to explain everything to me. Pick up and delivery were right on time and my VW was handled with a lot of care.
Highly, highly recommend Ship Your Car Now. Donot hesitate to reach out to Gary at 954-271-0262.

: Great service.
Ship Your Car Now saved the day!
I booked a car transport with Roadrunner last week, ignoring the mountains of online complaints in order to save a few hundred bucks. Predictably, Roadrunner, who has one of the worst Yelp scores I have ever seen, botched the entire reservation process, ignored my calls and messages and left me hanging.
Fortunately I remembered Ship Your Car Now who I used back in 2015. I reached out and spoke to Jody who really came through and helped me get out of the jam that Roadrunner put me in.
Jody had a driver for me in less than a day and the car, unbelievably, arrived in less than 24 hours. I was completely amazed and impressed with their rapid service.
The driver was really cool and did a great job keeping me informed throughout his journey. Everything went well, and the car arrived in exactly the same shape as it was when I handed over the keys.
Thanks to Ship Your Car Now for doing a beautiful job. Five stars. (more)

: Rude Employees With A Bad Attitude
Extremely unprofessional. After they told me they lost my order and got me confused with someone else, I expressed concern about vehicles getting mixed up. Their response was “oh yeah, wouldn’t want to accidentally give you one of the 3 Bentleys we delivered yesterday.” Getting a quote from their competitor now. (more)

: Excellent Company
I worked with Steve from "Ship Your Cars Now" and he did an excellent job. Was shipping a large pickup that had been lifted 6" from Grand Junction to the east coast. He had a truck lined up even before we could clear the check. Unfortunately he was too fast and we missed that truck. He had another truck within 2 days. It came but could not load the pickup because it was too tall. Steve then arranged for a 3rd truck 3 days later. The trucking charge went up $100 because of the size of the pickup. Steve took the additional charge from his fees. My friend had the opposite experience with M******, I was sending him a small BMW i3, it took over a week to get a truck and then they asked for a $100 additional fee, that he had to pay. (more)

: Rude customer service! AVOID!
I had asked for quotes from many places. They did not provide me a number for a quote by email, so I emailed them back with my "price range" asking if they could quote me around that ballpark figure. The guy who emailed me back (Sean Lent) was extremely rude and told me "Maybe next time you can be more realistic on what a car costs to be moved". Obviously this company is not interested in new customers since I would NEVER do business with a company after being talked to like that. Completely uncalled for. (more)

: Scam artists
Scam artists who stole $4300 from us. We thought this was a professional transporting company, turns out theyre just a broker who cant fulfill theyre obligations. After paying $4300 deposit on a $10,000 quote, and being handed off to 3 different truck drivers (who didnt care if SYCN EVER called them back) over a 45 day period, we took matters into our own hands, and found a trucker to haul it within 3 days, for around 6gs. When we contacted SYCN to demand our deposit back, as they couldnt fulfill the contract, they claimed they have insurance and permit costs, and that theyre actually losing 25% by keeping our money. Call trucking companies, avoid brokers, theyre worse than used cars salesmen (more)

: Apalling
Don't even consider. Applied online for a quote for NY to LA. Email quote for $1075. Phone call raised quote to $1200. Was phoned by "Jerry" during first call and he left VM. Called him back and after being stroked he quoted me $1400. When I told him I had lower quotes he told me they were all lying! I said I didn't think it was good business to diss your (unknown) competition but before I could finish the sentence he spat a "Fxxk you" at me. I guess I should have read the existing reviews before wasting my dime. (more)

: Complete pile of bs
Took a deposit to move my car the. Raised the price the. Never showed was told they needed a few more days and would not refund the money unless car was stolen or owner dead. Moved out of state and could not wait. Continued to raise prices and threaten customer. Already reported them to the bank for potential fraud. Charged for services not rendedred and will not refund money. $$$update$$$. Received two phone calls from Dwayne who has asked me to take this down. If I do I will get a refund in two days. If Dwayne said it would take as long as need be. Talk about cohertion. Stated I would update it to state I received an refund if I got one. Dwayne stated the whole thing must come down or I am liable for deformation even though the rate was raised. Check this out
@@@@ John,
As per our conversation you informed me that when you are refunded you will be taking your negative posts down from all the sites you have contacted (Transport Reviews, BBB etc.) Please confirm that you will be doing this.

Ship Your Car Now@@@@'
The company can state whatever they want but this email is CYOA and an attempt to silence an unhappy customer. NEVER do business with them unless you want a headache or hasten. Here is another one@@@@
We can cancel your order, but we do not issue refunds in this department. If you would like to request a refund please send a certified, notarized letter via postal mail, Fedex, or UPS. Please send the request to 2200 N. Federal Highway Suite 206, Boca Raton, FL 33431 and address it to the Accounting Department. Please include your full name, order ID, vehicle, transport route, and also include any documentation for the reason of cancelling e.g. vehicle was stolen (police report)..owner of vehicle passed away(death certificate).
@@@. So they didn't provide a truck and I have to go through this haste for a refund. I mean come on a death certificate. (more)

They screwed me royally......My kid tranferred to a new college in florida.. I needed to send the kids car and dorm stuff in time for the start of school. I contacted Tom and signed an agreement on dec 12th for a car pick up my home on January 4th. Tom assured me that he has trucks and drivers going back and forth from nj to florida and it is absolutly no problem for the pick up on that day..... He would even hold the car for me in florida until we arrived by plane.. Never heard from them until i called on jan 2nd to confirm pickup on jan 4th..... They said that they are trying to locate a driver...... Then they called back my wife and asked if we could drive the car to a driver about an hour away.... We said yes.... We called again on the 3rd ... They were still were trying to find a driver.... Called the owner (tom)on the the morning of the the pick up day on the 4th... Tom said that they are working on it and they will make it happen..... I called at noon and the dispatcher said monday would be the best that they could do... but , we would have to drive the car to meet the driver who would be an hour away.... I told him that we had flights booked on monday morning , so we had no way to drive the car to meet the driver an hour away. He said. He would continue to work on it. At 3:30 on the day of agreed upon scheduled pick up , the dispatcher told me that Monday is the best that they can do.... I reminded him of the flights thatvwe have booked..... He had nothing in the way of a solution. We frantically called around but was unable to find another car transport service on such short notice.... We are now driving down to florida early tomorrow and eating the cost of the airline tickets. Tom knew that i had several cars to be transported from nj to florida every year... Despite that , they never followed up to make sure that they could deliver , they never gave me a coutesy call just to say they may have a problem , they never called me with updates... I had to call them...... They just suckered me in , took me off the market and did not deliver...... Tom absolutly , 100% assured me that they would pick up on the forth...... He over promised and under delivered. So here i am , i lost money with the airline tickets , my kid is freaked out as it is transferring to a new school and i Now got to drive 1,100 miles to florida..... I am so sorry i ever made contact with Tom..... He sounds so convincing and friendly on the phone....... I had never trashed a company before , but these guys have my blood pressure to an all time high...... What they did was just wrong. I had a whole conversation with tom when we booked the transport about our kids , his living formally in Nj and my kid transferring to a school in florida..... If he could not deliver on what he promised , he should not have done so. Tom has good reviews prior to mine..... Must be me. {LESS}

: Nickel and dime
I called and got the regular sales pitch that all the car movers use (we're not just broker, we have our own trucks, etc.). That should have been the first red flag. I asked Adam to give me a quote for the shipment ('97 Avalon from Georgia to Indiana) and he fired back with: "Do you want me to give you a quote or do you want me to give you a price?" Semantics. That should have been the second red flag. I got quoted $575 which beats out another offer I had of $600 so I decided to go with Shipyourcarnow. I called back a few days before the quoted ship date because they still haven't gotten me driver. I called three times throughout the day and got the answering machine each time. I called twice more on the day before my car needed to ship out. I still got the machine.
Came the day of shipping, I finally got a call back from Adam about 10 minutes after speaking to the dispatch about my situation. Adam said he was going to get my car move out today. Then the next call I got was from a different agent, Arianna, who said that I got misquoted and that it would $700 to move my car (if you're keeping track, that $125 more). I told her that I'm willing to ship out another day if she could just find something closer to $600. The next call from her said that $650 was the absolute lowest. I politely told her that I'll just find another way to move the car. After I hung up, Adam immediately called me back and said that he can ship for $625. After this point, I realize that Shipyourcarnow was just nickel-and-diming me. Honestly, the price was good enough for me but out of principle and due to the terrible experience I've had, I politely declined. That decision was solidified by these words Adam said: "So you're not going to take the offer even though it's just $50 more than the quote?"
No, Adam, why would I support a business that tried to lie and cheat me out of my money?

: 7-9 Day Quote resulted in 14 day delivery
Received several car quotes, and as “ship your car now” had one of the most reasonable rates and best reviews, scheduled to use this company.
Scheduled this pick up about 2 months ahead of time. Originally was quoted 951. About 3 days prior to the pick up date, I’m given a quote of 1125. I ask them if it’s okay to pass for a cheaper price. They say OK, then don’t hear anything from them for a day. 2 days prior to pick up date I start to worry, and call them, telling them to just accept the next quote. They should really let the consumer know if it’s likely that another carrier will give a lower quote, or to accept if it may delay the shipment of the car. Also the higher actual price made me wonder if they give a low teaser price to get people to book, then charge what everyone else is actually charging. I put a deposit down for 150 on credit card, with remainder to be paid at the time of delivery.
Pick up was scheduled for May 25 – they were on time. Origin city was Atlanta, GA, and final destination was Dublin, CA.
I was quoted a time between 7-9 days for delivery. I figured it would arrive by the latest June 3 (Sunday) factoring in a time frame of 9 days, but just in case email them June 1 asking them for an expected delivery date. They gave me an expected delivery time of June 6 or 7 by the latest. I had not anticipated this, and had no time to extend my rental (as I already returned it).
*****I ended up commuting 2 hours EACH WAY Monday to Thursday.
I finally get a call Thursday around 2PM saying they will be in Dublin Friday, which made my car A TOTAL OF 5 DAYS LATER than expected. I told the driver that I had to have the car by Friday (for a trip planned) and told them I would meet them wherever they were. We agree to meet at the Sunnyvale station (1.5 hours away). On the way I get a call saying to meet at Santa Clara station (which is a little further) and I agree. I wait at Santa Clara for 1 hour, with several calls from the driver as he is lost. Finally he says he is there, then realizes he accidently went to the Sunnyvale station. About 15 minutes later, he gets to Santa Clara. He takes my car down, then asks for cash or cashiers check. I don’t ever remember being told this.. (Later I check my emails and find one that says pay by CCD—which at the time I thought meant CC, now realize it means pay by cash or cashiers check). I ask him to wait 10 minutes and run to the bank, I come back only to find my car BACK ON THE TRUCK. I ask him why he did this as I told him I was going to be right back, and he thought I wouldn’t have the cash (thinking the bank would be closed), I wait another minute for him to remove my car from the truck AGAIN and pay the cash and drive away.
I had called the dispatcher for some sort of compensation with no luck. I ask ship your car now, and they let me know they are asking the dispatcher. I call them again, and they say they will let me know as soon as they hear back. I email them, no response.
DO NOT USE SHIP YOUR CAR .. Poor customer service (more)
