Ship Your Car Now saved the day! I booked a car transport with Roadrunner last week, ignoring the mountains of online complaints in order to save a few hundred bucks. Predictably, Roadrunner, who has one of the worst Yelp scores I have ever seen, botched the entire reservation process, ignored my calls and messages and left me hanging. Fortunately I remembered Ship Your Car Now who I used back in 2015. I reached out and spoke to Jody who really came through and helped me get out of the jam that Roadrunner put me in. Jody had a driver for me in less than a day and the car, unbelievably, arrived in less than 24 hours. I was completely amazed and impressed with their rapid service. The driver was really cool and did a great job keeping me informed throughout his journey. Everything went well, and the car arrived in exactly the same shape as it was when I handed over the keys. Thanks to Ship Your Car Now for doing a beautiful job. Five stars.
