: Poor Service
I placed my order on June 2, 2014. I have not received any phone calls from anyone to say if my order has been dispatched. however, they did waste no time to deduct the $438 from my account. This is horrible service. No one has contacted me back or anything. I would not recommend them and if I do not hear back from them by tomorrow at noon, I will request a refund. (more)

Two weeks after contract and payment in full and ten days after confirming vehicle was ready for pickup still sitting.After multiple calls and still not able to even get at date for pickup. I was then told that the 6 to 10 days for estimated delivery was after pickup ,not when ready for pickup or confirmed ready. Then their estimated times are worthless. In other words maybe 3 days or a year ? Finally had enough canceled order and starting over. Thanks for wasting two weeks of my time RAT. (more)

: Caveat Emptor!
Let the buyer beware of Ready Auto Transport. They subcontracted my transport to another company, I was given no paperwork upon delivery, my car was inappropriately chained to the trailer, the tie rod was severely bent and front and rear suspensions were out of alignment. This cost me $474.79 for repair. RAT said that because I did not report this at the time of delivery, they could not file with their insurance company! The damage was under the car and the DSC warning light did not come on until I had driven the car for 10 minutes. If you use this company, be certain to inspect your delivery from top to bottom and drive it before you sign any papers. This is not an honest company, and I highly discourage your using them. (more)

: Would Not Recommend
There are so many transport companies to choose from DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ONE. While professional and courteous on the phone I was to have an Aston Martin shipped 850 miles. The scheduled pick up date was on a Tuesday and on Friday at 6pm was informed that it still had not been picked up and since they are closed for the weekend it would be Monday before they knew anything else. I called another transport company, Regal, and their quote was $200 cheaper and within 4 hours had a confirmed pick up. (more)

: Highly pathetic
I do not know why Rat Movers - Ready Auto Transport (RAT) even have a customer care toll free number or mail services. They are always unreachable and they barely reply to my queries via mail as well. Pathetic. Highly pathetic. (more)
