Let the buyer beware of Ready Auto Transport. They subcontracted my transport to another company, I was given no paperwork upon delivery, my car was inappropriately chained to the trailer, the tie rod was severely bent and front and rear suspensions were out of alignment. This cost me $474.79 for repair. RAT said that because I did not report this at the time of delivery, they could not file with their insurance company! The damage was under the car and the DSC warning light did not come on until I had driven the car for 10 minutes. If you use this company, be certain to inspect your delivery from top to bottom and drive it before you sign any papers. This is not an honest company, and I highly discourage your using them.
