Guys were on time, helped me get car ready to transport. Truck was clean and in the same conditions that it was given. The driver was also very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job and I will use them again. I also like the fact that I got to work directly with the owner you can call him or text him directly at 305-878-9806 I have used a lot of carriers and these people are the best.  (more)

Subject : SHIPPING 1976 JENSEN INTERCEPTOR CONVERTIBLE

I had my car fully renovated in Seattle, WA, and drove it over Thanksgiving week along the coast of WA, OR and CA down to Los Angeles. As I was flying late (10.30 PM) on a Sunday night, we agreed on a drop off at a valet parking close to Los Angeles airport. The parking was contacted and knew about my dropping the car, and I only had to pay for 24 hours parking. The car was picked up, carried across the US to Florida, and delivered to me 24 hours late. The driver called me to advise of his ETA, and we agreed on a meeting point where he could unload. My car was the first one picked up; hence the last one in the truck, and the driver had to move the other cars behind mine to unload. That was done in about 1 hour. The car was unloaded, we gave a visual inspection, and I signed off and drove off. Seamless service, very courteous and efficient. I recommend using Professional movers... and I will use them if I need to move a car again....  (more)

Subject : great experience

I felt like I have to share my surprisingly good experience with this company. So after very short notice relocation i needed to transport my car from California to Texas. I got online quote from bunch of different companies throughout US. Quotes ranged between 600$-900$. And since I didnot have much time and money I decided to go with this company without reading any reviews. I talked to a nice lady, her name was Georgia. When I paid the deposit and made the reservation on Friday I was told that the first available truck leaving California was on Tuesday. And it would be here on latest Sunday. I was like okay well 10 days later I ll have my car, not too bad. So after I paid the deposit and deal was done I went to my computer and read all the reviews about this company on Yelp and Google. OMG!! I was so scared that I either wasnot gonna get my car or it was gonna miss a door or something.. I just kept praying that this wasnot a scam. The next day I got a call from Georgia she said they ll pick up my car on Monday: not later , earlier than I was told. Awesome. And they really did pick up my car on Monday and I was delivered the car on Thursday morning 10am.. So less than a week I got my car after the first phone call. I still cant believe it but nothing is wrong with my car and no surprise fees or charges either. I was given the truck drivers information. I kept calling him every day since I was so scared:) He didnot mind and picked up the phone every time. So either I m the luckiest person of all or this company changed their quality of services , maybe the management. But whatever the reason I am so happy that I had a great experience. Thank you for not disappointing me :) I would use this company again for sure.  (more)

Subject : damaged my furniture

This company did nothing right except take my money. The first team of movers were not in a condition to load my furniture. A new Team had to come back the next day. They would not give us an estimated time to arrive at the destination. The furniture was dinged and sctatched and damaged. The arm of a sofa was crushed, the glass on pictures broken. These were items we paid to have them pack. They only care about your money. They claim to be a caring, privately owned company, but they do not care.  (more)

Subject : Do not use!

First off, this was not my first cross country move. It was my third. I chose this company because they could ship our furniture and our cars. I also chose them because they provided 30 days storage as part of the contract. I felt conned and it all seemed like a Bait and Switch. The company did not send anyone to our house to see what we were moving. NEVER, EVER go with a company that doesn't come to your house to do the inventory with you. I went through the inventory list like a crazy person. I listed every thing and even sent in measurements for all most all the items including the number of boxes and box sizes. I made sure the list was as accurate as possible. When the company sent me the contract, I reviewed the inventory list on the contract and noticed several items missing - several big items. I had to ask them several times to update the inventory list on their end and every time I received an updated contract, the inventory list was still wrong. I think in the end it was still missing 3 items. There were a lot of hidden fees. The estimate for the house move doubled! Yes doubled!!!!! And we even ended up donating several items that were on the contract inventory list so I thought we'd be under or at least on target with the contract. Of course I didn't know that the $ amount doubled until after it was loaded. When we finally received our stuff, many items were broken. Many boxes and plastic bins were broken. Stuff was falling out of some boxes. It was like they just threw our stuff in the truck. There was even a part of what appeared to be an entertainment center they brought in and I had to tell them it didn't belong to us. Who knows who it actually belonged to. Of course, I had to pay even more money when our stuff arrived. The head guy was like it will be another $250. By this point I just wanted my stuff and didn't argue but he never explained how he arrived at $250 just seemed to say, hey another $250 please. Also, it was a company relocation so we had to put everything on an American Express Credit card. I was overly clear with the company before I signed the contract that we had to pay using the AMEX and they agreed. I made it clear that if they wouldn't/could't accept the credit card then we would have to go with another vendor. So they AGREED but that wasn't true!!!! We ended up having to pay via cashiers check for parts of the move even though they AGREED to my terms with the credit card. So we also had them move our cars. I wanted to only deal with one vendor instead of multiple vendors like I had done in previous moves. I set this all up and in motion about 2 weeks prior to the pick up day for the cars. I even set an earlier date then our absolute have to move date to give them a day or so on either end of the pickup day. Again, not my first move so I know how it works. We were given a pick up day so we were ready. Then a few days before the scheduled pickup day, I got a call from another vendor. They could see all the info about what was being shipped and said that based on what all the vendors can see, we didn't even have a driver yet and he didn't think that we'd be picked up any time soon. So I called the movers and told them about the call. I was assured that everything was fine and on target for the pickup of the cars. Finally pickup day arrived and nothing was happening. They finally called and said they had someone on the way but they broke down. And that person wouldn't be coming at all. They didn't have anyone else that was heading to the west coast. So we were at a no go with the cars. It was too late to hire another vendor to transport the cars and in 3 days we had a flight scheduled to California. I worked it out to leave the cars with a friend and have them hand over the cars but was told that the broken down driver wouldn't be coming to pick up the cars. So the company made calls and called me back saying oh we have one other person but they are charging an insane amount. We'll keep looking. Finally, they call back and say we found someone it is going to be several hundred more dollars and you can't use AMEX you have to pay with cashier's check up front. I felt very BAIT and SWITCH. It felt like a con to me! At this point it was our only option. So in the end, maybe they are ok for short moves but I would never ever recommend them nor use them ever again!  (more)

Subject : HORRIBLE !! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I was convinced by one of the customer’s sales rep at this company that they offered the most competitive rates and second to none services. According to the rep, the moving company had their own trucks and the personnel were uniformed. I accepted their offer and their quote and in June 24, 2013 the mover’s showed at my house and my wife received them since I had to work. The distance between the houses (departing) to my other property (receiving) was only 4.1 miles. Roughly 7 minutes driving. First, two out the three hooligans looking-like movers did not had proper uniforms and they showed up in Penske rented truck. The estimated quote of $600 became $1,200 in an instant. They were relaxingly taking their time to do their job for which I was paying. It took this company about 6 hours just to load items that were already boxed into the truck, load the furniture and wrap few things. And they were three movers!!!!! They got to my house 5 minutes before I got home. And I got home at around 5 pm. At the moment I parked, RIGHT BEFORE MY OWN EYES, ONE OF THE HOOLIGANS LOOKING-LIKE SKINNY DUDE IN PLAIN WHITE SHIRT HIT THE DOOR FRAME WITH MY SON’S BED HEADER!!!! I was infuriated and called the company right in front the foreman which was no older than 23 years old. I told the gentleman who picked my call about what these morons where doing to my furniture and how much they dragged their feet. The foreman spoke to the company headquarters rep and all it did was to make things even worse. The movers did not care one single itty bitty bit about the condition they were leaving my household goods!! They were tossing and dropping things everywhere and they told me that if anything was broken or scratch, I will need to file the claim form online. It took little over 2 hours to this bunch of clowns to download the truck. I took the foreman through the stuffs that were visibly damage and supposedly he acknowledges the careless of which they treated my household items. There was broken furniture, broken and chunks of wood tore apart from the main bedroom dresser and my son’s dresser, badly scratched wood stands, bed rails, picture frames, leather furniture, and many many other things. I filled the claim as directed and I spoke to the manager. I sent her all the pictures of all the damages, I sent her separate emails, and she also acknowledged the condition caused by her employees. According to the claim, it would take about 90 days to complete. It wasn’t until September that I called the claims company, which is Anthem from San Antonio, Texas, and I spoke to a very rude woman and they sent me an email. I replied to the email. Three weeks later, I got the letter of their decision….they stated that $66 dollars was the fair amount for the damages. I was completely offended by this ridicule amount and I called the Manager….. I called the first week of November….and first, it took all the Might and Power from God and the Angels to have the Manager to call me. I explained to her the issue and she stated that she will look into it and contact me again. To this very day, she is refusing to call me back. I am a disable veteran with two combat tours in Iraq. I can’t work anymore due to my physical and mental condition. I can’t fix or replace what this company has done to my household items. This is a company that I would never recommend to anyone, especially those who are veterans. Is a complete shame on their part to destroy a person’s furniture and leave as is the customer’s concerns was nothing to them. This company lacks integrity, moral values, will not care and will not follow up with their customers at all. If they have at least a little bit of honesty and integrity, they would, at least, listen to the recorded calls at around 5:30 pm on 24 June, 2013. And if this company has at least, a little considerations for those who has sacrifice so much to this country…they would at least try to make things right.  (more)

Subject : Dishonest and don't care

I was not advised by the sales rep that there would be a charge for wrapping my beds and furniture. He asked me on the phone if I was good on packing supplies and I said yes because I didn't need boxes or bubble wrap or packing tape or anything that you normally associate with packing supplies. He did not inform me that it was required that furniture and beds be wrapped and that if I didn't do it there would be a charge. If he had, I would have done that. Instead, the movers show up and tell me that I will need to pay $440 more for my items to be wrapped. He told me the movers would have all the necessary padding and tools and everything needed and it was all included in the price he quoted me. Not only did I have to pay this extra $440, but the movers didn't have any tools, so they were borrowing my tools to work on the furniture. The owner called the movers about 3 minutes after my quoted time was up and demanded I pay more money for them to continue working. That was very unprofessional. One of the movers was on his phone the majority of the time. I had to ask the main mover to have the guy get off his phone. Their "customer service" had little to say and did nothing about this terrible experience. They are content to keep your money and don't worry about future business or referrals.  (more)

Profession Moving Solutions was able to get us in last minute at the end of the month which was awesome! The crew who came worked hard and moved us without so much as a ding on the furniture. Considering they moved us in August they worked fast (much, much faster than we would have been able to do it). Their pricing is upfront with no hidden costs which is a nice change from other companies. Thanks guys!!!!  (more)

Subject : Professional Team - GOOD JOB!

I was apprehensive after hearing a few horroe stories throught he years. However, this was my first experience and I wanted to ame sure I had the right carrier so, I read the online reviews. Professional Moving Solutions and another carrier were identical in price so it was a difficult choice even after reading the online reviews. There were mostly good reviews on both companies and a couple of negative as you will find in any profession. I chose the other one but during the contract process there were just too many mistakes with the pick-up location and the contact phone number being wrong. Althoug it might seem insignificant, it is a disaster whn you are waiting and a driver is calling the wrong number and you are looking for your car to arrive. So, I cancelled the first carrier. I then called Curtis at Professional who had seemed very professional even wehn I had called to tell him we were going with the other company. He just said he was sorry to har that but call them back if we ever need a carrier in the future. When I called, he never criticized the other company. He just got to work on my two vehicles. I couldn't have been happier with Curtis, Professional Movers, or Tom Crass, the driver of the auto transport truck. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and will call them in the future if I need a vehicle transported with care and customer service. Charles  (more)

I used Professional Moving Solutions because my dad had a car shipped from San Fran to Freehold N.J. They picked up on the date specified, only thing negative I would say is that carrier company should have given a ballpark range of what time they were coming. But I was STILL happy with the pick-up. I received my car about 10 days after pick-up. It was in the condition I left it with them. I was a little worried because I packed a flat panel TV, speakers and some other electronic equipment in a convertible, it still made it back to me without incidence. Speak with Jason, he will take good care of you and he will make sure your car is delivered if there is any delay.  (more)

Subject : No dilivery

Original contract was 950 dollars. My vehicle was not delivered. The company raised the fee to 1400 dollars for a delivery, I did not agree to this one. Vehicle was not picked up within the time period and the company kept my deposit. I feel the bait and switch game was on. The company's contract did not follow their phone calls as promised.  (more)

I really thought when I first spoke to PMS that I would be satisfied. He was very polite. But through out the process I became more and more frustrated with them. They were not good at notifying their customers with issues and letting them know of all the details of the transport. I would not use them again there are hundreds of other companies I could be treated badly with.  (more)

The service you thin for me picked up my car, right on time, at my garage. The truck is spotless ... you could eat off the floor. The driver was super polite, drove my car into the covered trailer, which I shared with a Bentley (I'm in high-quality company)....it took about 2 minutes.
