: disappointment with the service
A van driver for North Star Transportation, a medical transport company, recently sideswiped my car while he was talking on his radio (to this office). While the driver asked if I was hurt, he did not take responsibility for damage to my car & begged me to not report his driving. Even worse, this driver was dishonest & told his boss that my car hit his!
I would not recommend ANY service from North Star Transportation. This driver was not paying attention to the road. I cannot imagine using this Company to transport me or anyone I cared about. Any company that does not take responsibility for what a driver does while he on duty, is not trustworthy.

: Poor Customer Service And Communication
The owner Keith was very nice at first. However it turned out that the delivery date of my vehicle, and the route, was communicated to be inaccurately. This resulted in additional expenses due to the the need to pay for a rental car. When my auto finally did arrive, there was damage to my car that was not more then $150. Keith refused to take ownership and stopped returning phone calls. Its not the money, its the principle. Its an unfortunate way to do business. Shame on you Keith. Do not do business with this company. (more)
