Review Description
A van driver for North Star Transportation, a medical transport company, recently sideswiped my car while he was talking on his radio (to this office). While the driver asked if I was hurt, he did not take responsibility for damage to my car & begged me to not report his driving. Even worse, this driver was dishonest & told his boss that my car hit his! I would not recommend ANY service from North Star Transportation. This driver was not paying attention to the road. I cannot imagine using this Company to transport me or anyone I cared about. Any company that does not take responsibility for what a driver does while he on duty, is not trustworthy. Watch out!
