New World Auto Transport - Review

Hello folks! We recently used the All Stars at New World Auto Transport to ship a vehicle with covered transport from TX to CA. As to be expected, Steve Wells and Co, got it done in record time in smooth fashion. The communication from the team at NWAT was amazing as well as the same from the driver. Every step of the way I was notified and the covered transport trailer. WOW! Literally something you would see out of a movie! My baby was in there with other valued automotive masterpieces. I highly recommend using this company for transporting your vehicle. I was skeptical in general with a high rise of scammers online. My freind recommend this place to me and I am 100% glad everything worked out. I had a week and a half to ship my vehicle to Denver, CO from Alabama. We got the driver within a week of the quote and I shipped my truck Friday night, received it in Denver that following Monday. Best service for your money  (more)

I have to give Phil and Doko at New World Auto Transport 5 stars! I would give them 10 if I could. They moved my 2016 (leased) Kia Sorento from Los Angeles, CA to Boca Raton, FL without any problems. Phil booked my order and was nice, professional, and always responded when I emailed or called with a question. Doko picked up my car and drove it across the country. He was meticulous, careful, and very skilled! I had specific delivery instructions and he delivered my car as requested. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move another car.  (more)

One of my friends living in South Carolina needing a car as her only car just died on Tuesday. So I decided to sell my car to her as she really needed a car to go to work every day. I started looking online for auto transport, but they are all so confusing and all the horror stories client was saying about the transportation of the vehicle. So I decided to call New World Auto Transport to give them a try. I called them on Friday, spoke to Daisy, she was very friendly and helpful, she told me to drop my Honda CRV the same afternoon and was told the car will be delivered on Wednesday. Then I received a call from Daisy on Saturday, she told me she was able to locate a driver and she was willing to go out in the major thunderstorm to meet him to pick up my car, I was so grateful for her to go out of her way to help me and my friend. My friend called me on Sunday and she was so appreciative that she received the Honda and is going to be able to drive the car to work on Monday. I just want to give a shout out to New World Auto Transport for going the extra mile for their customers!!! We appreciate you very very much!!!!!!!  (more)

I do not recommend this company. The owner, Steve Wells, said he was going to take care of a diminished value loss for a scratch, and never paid. Stay away!  (more)

I must say This car is very dear to me. I was a little afraid of transporting it. Had no choice. Called car transport companies I found on the internet (which is even more frightening). I decided to use New World Auto because of Carroll and Steve. They are the best in the business as far as I am concerned. Everything went as they said it would. The car arrived on time and in great shape. They are #1 in my book and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to transport their prize auto or any auto. BRAVO!!! FRADULANT REVIEW!!! DRAMA!!! WE REALLY DIDNT WANT TO ENTERTAIN THIS, BUT IT MAKES FOR A GOOD READ AND A LITTLE HUMOR! WE AGREE! WORST NIGHTMARE EVER! STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CUSTOMER!!!!! WE WILL USE THIS CUSTOMERS ADVICE. SO TO ALL TRANSPORT COMPANIES OUT THERE, PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS CUSTOMER!!!! THIS CUSTOMERS VEHICLE ACTUALLY ARRIVED EARLY, IT WAS A SIX DAY TRANSPORT FROM MARYLAND TO CALIFORNIA. WHEN THE VEHICLE ARRIVED IN CALIFORNIA, THE DRIVER AND HIS DISPATCHERS WERE UNABLE TO REACH THE CUSTOMER AND WE COULD NOT REACH HER EITHER TO SET UP A TIME TO DELIVER THE VEHICLE. WE ALL CALLED HER NUMEROUS TIMES AND WERE FINALLY ABLE TO REACH HER AFTER SEVERAL DAYS. SHE TOLD HIM THAT SHE WAS OUT OF TOWN AND COULD NOT ACCEPT THE VEHICLE. THE DRIVER WAS WITHIN TWO BLOCKS OF HER HOME TO DELIVER THE CAR AND HAD TO SPEND $75.00 TO STAY OVERNIGHT IN A MOTEL AFTER SHE TOLD THEM TO DELIVER IT THE NEXT DAY. AGAIN, THE NEXT DAY, NO LUCK AND THEN DISCOVERED THE WHOLE ISSUE WAS THAT THE CUSTOMER DID NOT HAVE ANY MONEY TO PAY TO ACCEPT DELIVERY!!!! IN THE MEANTIME THE DRIVER IS HAULING AROUND HER VEHICLE FOR FOUR OR FIVE DAYS, GETTING THE RUN AROUND AND WAS LEFT WITH NO CHOICE, BUT TO TAKE HER VEHICLE BACK TO THEIR STORAGE FACILITY AND TERMINAL IN FONTANA, CA. HE COULD NOT CONTINUE TO DRIVE AROUND ENDLESSLY WITH THIS VEHICLE ON HIS TRUCK AND KEEP DEALING THIS WOMANS ABUSE!. THE STORAGE FACILITY DID NOT CHARGE HER A STORAGE FEE, WHICH THEY NORMALLY WOULD HAVE. THIS WOMAN WAS RUDE AND UNCOOPERATIVE AND VERBALLY ABUSIVE DURING THIS ENTIRE PROCESS TO ALL PARTIES MAKING THREATS AND RACIAL SLURS, AND SAYING SHE WOULD RUIN US, GET A PIECE OF US MEANING THE TRANSPORT COMPANY AND NEW WORLD AUTO TRANSPORT. WE REFUSE TO HAVE ANY FURTHER CONVERSATIONS WITH SVETLANA BOURINBAIAR. SHE CLAIMS SHE PAID 1300.00 FOR THE TRANSPORT AND IT WAS ACTUALLY 1195.00 PLUS SHE INDICATED THAT SHE WAS COMPENSATED FOR THIS AWESOME REVIEW, SHE WAS NOT! AND THINKS EVERYONE IS AGAINST IMMIGRANTS AND EVERYONE IS OUT TO GET HER. OUR TRANSPORTERS ARE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY AND THEY COULDNT BELIEVE WHAT THEY WERE HEARING OR SEEING AND SHE ACCUSED THEM OF BEING RACIST. IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN THIS IS WHAT THEY HAVE DOCTORS AND SPECIAL MEDS FOR! ADDITIONALLY, THE CUSTOMER BROUGHT THREE OTHER PEOPLE WITH HER TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE, THEY ALL INSPECTED THE VEHICLE, SIGNED A BILL OF LADING THAT INDICATED NO DAMAGE, SHE INDICATED NO DAMAGE ON THIS REVIEW, BUT HAS SINCE FILED A DAMAGE CLAIM AGAINST THE CARRIERS INSURANCE, ORBIT AUTO TRANSPORT. OUR TRANSPORTER WAS ORBIT AUTO TRANSPORT, INC. WHO IS ONE OF OUR PREFERRED CARRIERS AND IS A 100% RATED CARRIER THAT WE USE ON EAST TO THE WEST COAST ROUTES. WORST NIGHTMARE EVER !!! Review: STAY AWAY !!! BE AWARE !!! STAY AWAY !!! CAR WAS LATE 14 DAYS, WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT SERVICE TO THE DISPATCHER I WAS YELLED AT, TOLD I WAS A LIAR, TOLD IF I WANT MY CAR I SHOULD STOP WASTING THEIR TIME AND JUST GO PICK IT UP MYSELF !!! WHEN I BROUGHT THIS UP TO THE OWNER TO COMPANY I WAS TOLD THAT "IT'S NO WONDER DISPATACHER YELLED AT ME BECAUSE I HAVE AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM" THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. AT THE END OF OUR WEEK AND A HALF NIGHTMARE THE OWNER MADE A REMARK ABOUT MY NAME NOT BEING AMERICAN AND ME NOT BEING FROM THIS COUNTRY AND HUNG UP THE PHONE AGAIN !!!
