Darrin was amazing! He helped me coordinate the pick up from the dealership in Spring, TX to Tulsa, OK. He explained the process thoroughly so I knew exactly what to expect. I teach so it was hard for me to be available at any time but Darrin worked with me to get me matched with a transport truck that could deliver after 4pm. He worked relentlessly to get my vehicle to me. I am so impressed at how easy the process was. The delivery guy was nice as well and coordinated with me so he did not have to drive the huge truck through the apartment complex. We met right outside the complex. Very quick process...loved the process. If I ever need transport again...New World will definitely be my go to!
