They lie and make promises that they do not follow thru with. My car was picked up 3 days late and arrived at the destination 4 days late. Not dependable and the customer service is lousy. Received no updates. I had to keep calling and they kept lying to me over and over again. 4 days late is UNACCEPTABLE. Once you sign the contract the whole story changes. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE This place is a JOKE. The driver couldnot speak English and doesnot know how to tell time. The whole process was RIDICULOUS. (more)

Shipping from OH to TX. Pickup was cancelled but I was never informed resulting in delayed arrival. Don't use these guys. Read reviews before choosing a transporter. (more)

I chooses National Car Shipping to ship from across the country.I am glad that I used this transport for shipping my car.My vehicles arrived in a timely manner, there were No damages or problems. Truly door to door service,I live on a very rough road and they drove the car right to my house for me. Very satisfied with the service provided. I forgot to mention that they also had one of the most competitive prices for the move too.I really like their service!excellent team work!I will use this company again. (more)

: Fantastic, Trustworthy, Service from National Car Shipping
Very professional, very reasonable price and the car was delivered undamaged and within one day of the original estimate. The driver was knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable and there is there are no hidden charges. I actually enjoyed the whole process at reasonable cost. I am amazed that there are still companies like National Car Shipping who do care about customer service. I would recommend this company to all. (more)
