Review Description
They lie and make promises that they do not follow thru with. My car was picked up 3 days late and arrived at the destination 4 days late. Not dependable and the customer service is lousy. Received no updates. I had to keep calling and they kept lying to me over and over again. 4 days late is UNACCEPTABLE. Once you sign the contract the whole story changes. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE This place is a JOKE. The driver couldnot speak English and doesnot know how to tell time. The whole process was RIDICULOUS.
