JP Logistics - Review

my name is Amy i am from manhatta, ny me and my husband buy and sale alot of cars we buy it drive it for 2 months and sell it, when we purchased our last car it was a Bentley Continetal Gt from Beverly Hills we asked the dealer if they have someone special they use for shipping, they said afcorse our they have a exclusive transport comapny call Jp Logistics which we called and made all the arrangments they asked us how did we hear about them and we told him thru Bentley Beverly Hills and they got our info and they vehicle info and told us they will call within 30 minutes to revise us of the pick up and delivery schedule which they called back in 10 minutes and told us that it will be picked up on january 11, 2006 and delivered no later than january 18, 2006 they had a 7 night delivery guarantee or 10% discount which we agreed. then the vehicle was picked up on january 11th and delivered january 16th to our home on Ave Of The Americas in Manhattan, NY...they called us 24 hours prior to dleivery and 3 hours prior to dleivery to notify us, mean while in transit when we called to get a update where the truck is they were able to gie us a gps location of the truck at all times. i have to give them alot of credit for running a company with 20 trucks so prefectly...since then we have moved 5 other cars with them and they are nothign but quality and service  (more)

JP Logistics specializes in the transport of high end exotic and classic cars. The use covered transporters with lift gates, so perfect for low clearance vehicle. Very professional management and driver. They know how to take care of your special car. Prices are also reasonable for the quality of service. Highly recommend.  (more)

I selected JP Logistics by their good reviews.From beginning to end they did excellent job they exceded my expectations. Driver was very helpful, courteous, friendly and knowledgable in loading and unloading my car. In addition we received excellent service not only from driver, but also from the carrier he found for our vehicle.My car arrived the destination point before expected date.satisfied with this company. I am very pleased with their service I received from the JP Logistics. The vehicle was dirty on the outside which is expected due to shipment clear-across the country, as well as foul weather en route to California. After much anxiety about which company to deal with we are positive we made the right choice. Driver was very courteous and helpful and staffs at the JP Logistics were excellent and they answered all questions promptly. Overall I was very satisfied with JP Logistics for the pickup and delivery of my new streetrod. I will definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends.  (more)

This was my first time ever to have a vehicle shipped and I don't believe it could have gone any smoother. The customer services was very friendly and prompt. I also received follow up calls before, during and after the pick up and delivery dates. The vehicle arrived at its destination exactly when estimated.
