Review Description

First of all I never had any problems with the transport itself (two coast to coast move with several cars, and storage for a few days). Sometimes the email communications may seem a little rude to some people, but i do not mind. But I would also like to echo some of the negative reviews. If you are moving cars to/from an area where they do not operate (at least according to my experience), you are not gonna get the majority of the services they advertise (at least used to). GPS trackings, direct transport with those fancy JP branded trucks, white glove service yada yada... They just outsource jobs to other carriers, and some random guy shows up with an unmarked trailer and picks up your car. A few days later you get a call saying you car is here, and thats it. Its also hilarious because i accidentally got their dispatch emails a few times, lol (see below) Especially with their prices, i think these things need to be communicated more clearly with customers. A lot of LA dealerships use them to transport cars to long-distance buyers, people are sort of kept in the dark in terms of the actual transport process. I would suggest getting a few quotes from different companies; do not just go with what dealers say. Again, I did not have any problems with the transport, but I am just sharing my experiences
