JBS Auto Transport - Review

I was not able to find Jim at JBS Auto Transport here, but I felt they deserved inclusion, so I have added them. I booked JBS through Fred at G&L Enterprises. After turning down one of the trucking companies that Fred had selected based on reviews on this website - G&L secured JBS to ship my Car from mid-Florida to Upstate New York. I have already left a positive review for Fred and G&L, but I thought it was important that the actual trucking company received most of the credit. John, the driver from JBS, that picked up the car, was early for pickup and ready to go 8am (the dealer I bought the car from, however was not - but that is for a different review). John was patient, while we waited for the dealer. He was pleasent, professional, detailed and thorough with his inspection. I wish I had bought the car from him!! My car was secured and delivered on time in 2 days. He took extra care and handled it with kid gloves. After reading some of the reviews on this website I was very concerned about transporting my vehicle and selecting the right company to do it. I would just like you all to know, there are professionals out there, people that do this for a living, and take pride in their work. I would have no problem recommending G&L Enterprises and JBS Auto Transport. Thanks for a job well done.  (more)

Very impressed by driver Dwayne and his rig. He was delayed along the way by other vehicle issues through no fault of his own, but I am learning that this is not unusual, and you cannot expect pin-point pick-up or delivery date accuracy in this business. They need to follow routes as they get additional vehicles to pick up. It was not a problem for us, as my son had the car at the pick-up point and we were here to receive it. This site is a very valuable resource as you have no other way to get ratings on these carriers.  (more)
