Review Description

Very impressed by driver Dwayne and his rig. He was delayed along the way by other vehicle issues through no fault of his own, but I am learning that this is not unusual, and you cannot expect pin-point pick-up or delivery date accuracy in this business. They need to follow routes as they get additional vehicles to pick up. It was not a problem for us, as my son had the car at the pick-up point and we were here to receive it. This site is a very valuable resource as you have no other way to get ratings on these carriers.
