The went above and beyond. Super fast service. Informative along the way. When the car arrived it would not start the driver took the time trouble shoot the problem and we got it running.

This creep never made any arrangements for my car to be shipped from California to New York. I had to find another company last minute to get my car shipped!
Did not call me back and every number associated with them had the same message and then the voicemail was full! My mistake to use this terrible company! Do not make that mistake go else where (more)

my experience with Joe at Interstate Car Shipping was nothing but amazing. (do not let Paul B review change your mind- remember there is always 2 sides to a story) I did my homework, have transported a vehicle before and also got multiple bids. Joe and his service was very flexible, always timely on his response no mater if I contacted him via phone or email. He found us the best price to ship our daughters Mini Cooper from Oregon to Virginia safe and sound. She got her car last night and was so excited, as she is in the Navy and has been without it for 9 months. Thank you Joe and the Interstate car shipping team for a great experience, and getting my daughters best motorized friend to her safely. (more)

They did not pick car up on scheduled date raised price to pick car up insulted me when I challenged their quality of service. I paid in advance but when car arrived shipper indicated it was COD. Based on confusion I assumed original charge was credited so I paid shipper higher price. Upon follow up I was not credited initial payment and all requests through customer support have been ignored. In addition reviews placed on their web site are not shown. Do business with Joe at your own risk. (more)

I had confidence that they would assign a dependable driver and I was not disappointed. The truck arrived within the window given me by both the company (day) and the driver (time). When I picked the car up from the driver, I was impressed with the organized and responsible way he conducted the inspection, etc. I recommend that you go directly to here if you want a vehicle moved. Don't waste your time getting quotes elsewhere, most of which probably will be higher anyway. (more)

I looked at several transporters and selected Interstate Auto Transport because of their openess and timely responses to questions. The whole transaction was handled professionally.Staffs at this transport were very responsible and promptly returned phone calls and was diligent in maintaining contact throughout the entire process. : Impressive Service
I transported my car from Michigan to Florida using Interstate Auto Transport. I have used this transport twice in the past years. Both times, the car was picked up on time and delivered earlier than promised. I found the service from specialty mobile was excellent very fast.I am impressed with the service I recived from this transport and I would definitely use this company in future.Very good job!!!Keep it up!!! After reading "horror" stories on auto delivery for other carriers, I decided to go with Interstate Auto Transport. I was impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism of Interstate Auto Transport. Staff at interstate kept me updated on the status of the delivery and had great follow-up to make sure it arrived on time and in perfect condition. My car arrived in time but little dirty, but driver explained me the situation and was understandable. Good customer service and staffs were very knowledgeable. I would recommend Interstate Auto Transport to anyone that looking or need to ship their car. (more)

They performed the fantastic job. Initially I am worried about transportation, but Interstate Auto Transport made the transportation very simple. Pick-up and delivery were as promised. All people in this company were very courteous and helpful. I especially appreciated that they did not ask for the entire cost up front. The transport truck was very clean and in excellent condition. This is the second time I use Interstate Auto Transport,I always had a Pleasant experience with them. Prices were very reasonable.
