Review Description
They did not pick car up on scheduled date raised price to pick car up insulted me when I challenged their quality of service. I paid in advance but when car arrived shipper indicated it was COD. Based on confusion I assumed original charge was credited so I paid shipper higher price. Upon follow up I was not credited initial payment and all requests through customer support have been ignored. In addition reviews placed on their web site are not shown. Do business with Joe at your own risk.
