INJ Incorporated - Review

The driver took our vehicle and then two days later tried to get more money from us. He threatened to not release our vehicle unless we paid him an extra $100. He claimed the car was overweight. When we booked this transport we were told we could place items in the vehicle not to exceed 100 lbs and not to cover any of the windows. We followed just that. If he felt our vehicle was overweight he did not mention any fees upon pick up. Once he had our car we had no choice but to pay him because he would not release it without the extra money. He also told us he would get the car to us in 4-5 days, instead we received it 7 days later. He even tried to get even more money from us if we wanted it earlier. This is completely unprofessional and we will never recommend this company to anyone. Worst experience for us.  (more)

I newly had a car shipped from Alabama to California and INJ INC was the carrier which was selected by the broker I had selected. Stan, the driver, was in contact with my family in Alabama within 24 hours and picked up the vehicle within 3 days. Stan and Nick kept me informed of the process and the time line. My car was delivered with no evils 5 days after pick up. I would utilize INJ INC again for my auto transport needs.  (more)
