: Great Company To Work With
I set everything up on a Sunday night. The truck driver showed up first thing in the morning Monday. He was very friendly and walked me through the process (this was my first time transferring a car). Took excellent care of the car as he loaded it up on to the truck. I told the people that were getting the car that it just got loaded. The next thing I knew, I was getting a text message from them later that night saying the car arrived. This company not only delivered the car extremely fast, but they did it with great customer service/care. (more)

: Two thumbs up.
Shipped my car from San Diego to Pittsburgh. Arrived ahead of schedule. David at Safe-Direct was in touch with me all the time and made sure everything went smoothly.
Driver was courteous and called me in advance to let me know when he was coming. Shipping could not have been easier or smoother. Two thumbs up. (more)

: Honesty first!!!
As the name indicates they are truly HONEST. Kind attention is given to their clients. The rates are too low when compared to other transports and even they are maintaining the quality also. I Wonder whether they have some profit through us or not. They definitely not money minded like others. Appreciated and impressive.
I feel this is the right place for transportation. While during the transportation, I was praying to land up safely and that happened through their service.
Honest and trust worthy! Worth paying here! (more)

I contacted Honesty First Auto Transport a month ahead of time just to make sure a truck would be available to transport my car.Reresentative of this company gave me precise information and arranged me truck on time. I was tremendously happy with the service I received from Honesty First Auto Transporters. They very efficiently transported a car from Minnesota to Illinois.The car was delivered 2400 miles away in about two and a half days with no issues. I'd definitely recommend this Transport and Really appreciate that it was a painless operation! (more)

Oct 2 my car was to be picked up. No notification the day prior or the day of pick up. I called the car carrier only to find out that they were overbooked and would not pick up my car. David Franco replied it's not my fault they were overbooked I called Honesty First Auto Transport to find another car carrier to pick up on the same day if possible. David Franco was unsuccessful in finding me another carrier.Oct 5 3rd attempt to have my car picked up. I speak with the manager regarding my pick up. Manager asked me to get real and pay more to have the car picked up. If their intent is to raise the price to get the job done, they shouldn't quote me a lower price to begin with. I have lost what little confidence I had remaining in their ability to ship my car. I asked for a full refund of my deposit, David refused, stating he would refund the deposit minus their $50 fee. I later asked for the deposit minus their fee, David refused to refund my money, and told me to write a letter to their headquarters for the refund. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! (more)

The transport fee was well below any other quote I received. The driver was efficient, honest and very nice. when I ship my car back home with little damage. (more)

: Easy Move... as they should be
Just wanted to send a quick thanks to cat....they did an excellent job for us in moving our '79 VW Convertible from CA to NM. very friendly, and prompt. I've moved a couple of vehicles now...and so far this door-to-door service has been the best one to date (more)
