Review Description

Oct 2 my car was to be picked up. No notification the day prior or the day of pick up. I called the car carrier only to find out that they were overbooked and would not pick up my car. David Franco replied it's not my fault they were overbooked I called Honesty First Auto Transport to find another car carrier to pick up on the same day if possible. David Franco was unsuccessful in finding me another carrier.Oct 5 3rd attempt to have my car picked up. I speak with the manager regarding my pick up. Manager asked me to get real and pay more to have the car picked up. If their intent is to raise the price to get the job done, they shouldn't quote me a lower price to begin with. I have lost what little confidence I had remaining in their ability to ship my car. I asked for a full refund of my deposit, David refused, stating he would refund the deposit minus their $50 fee. I later asked for the deposit minus their fee, David refused to refund my money, and told me to write a letter to their headquarters for the refund. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
