Hilton Auto Transport - Review

We needed our car picked up rather quickly, but we were limited to a Saturday pick up. Nichole was willing to find us a carrier even though they usually only pick up on weekdays. She did not ask for payment until a carrier was secured. We chose Hilton transport due to a friends recommendation and their positive Angies list rating. Our car arrived safely. The transport company made regular contact as the arrival time got closer. Nichole was easy to contact and communicate with. It was a smooth transaction and I would recommend this broker.  (more)

Hilton Auto Transport may not be the responsible party for a majority of my issues and I will most likely modify this to a more positive review if Nichole continues supporting my claims. She has been responsive and engaged on a resolution so I must give her credit here. The experience is awful no matter what the claim outcome is, they took my car and destroyed it and cost me thousands of dollars. But I will reconfirm that Nichole is working with me so maybe I am just one of the unfortunate ones who happen to get the wrong trucking company. Either way, I would not ever be shipping a car again.I will drive it 3,000 miles over dealing with this nonsense again. All in all they had my vehicle for a month, made multiple promises on delivery dates, cost me thousands of dollars in damages and acted as though they had done nothing illegal or unethical. I have filed a BBB claim as well as a claim with the FMCSA. Nichole has done what she can to support this situation. I am by no means happy with the service overall but some of these items were outside of her control.  (more)

I have quoted numerous transport service to move my car from Salem, OR to Dover, DE, but I received greatest rate from Hilton Transport Service. The rate given by hilton is approximately $75 cheaper then other lowest rate I had received. They pickup my car in 2 days and also delivered in 8 days to desination. I will certainly recommneded Hilton Auto Transport Service to eveyone. Fastest and Cheapst.  (more)
