Review Description

Hilton Auto Transport may not be the responsible party for a majority of my issues and I will most likely modify this to a more positive review if Nichole continues supporting my claims. She has been responsive and engaged on a resolution so I must give her credit here. The experience is awful no matter what the claim outcome is, they took my car and destroyed it and cost me thousands of dollars. But I will reconfirm that Nichole is working with me so maybe I am just one of the unfortunate ones who happen to get the wrong trucking company. Either way, I would not ever be shipping a car again.I will drive it 3,000 miles over dealing with this nonsense again. All in all they had my vehicle for a month, made multiple promises on delivery dates, cost me thousands of dollars in damages and acted as though they had done nothing illegal or unethical. I have filed a BBB claim as well as a claim with the FMCSA. Nichole has done what she can to support this situation. I am by no means happy with the service overall but some of these items were outside of her control.
