Hatch Bros Motor Co. - Review

After I looked carefully at these ratings, I contacted Alpine to transport a car from Tennessee to Rhode Island. Unfortunately, Alpine could not take the job because they didnt have trucks in my area at that time. My bad luck. So I contacted a lower-rated broker (no, I wont name names). What a mess that was! They handed me off to a carrier – I checked the carriers rating and learned that this carrier had badly damaged a car while it was in transit. Then the broker handed me off to another carrier, another loser – this guy sounded spaced out. ***So I went back to Alpine.*** Alpine still could not do the shipment themselves, but Alpines good reputation convinced me to consider their referral. Mike at Alpine arranged the transit through Hatch Brothers of Gilbert, AZ – the drivers name was Carl, one of the nicest guys I ever met. Carl is an upright fellow with heart. He very cooperative. We worked well together to get the car shipped – it was a gift to my daughter. The shipment was completed without any problems. It was a perfect job. I was very happy with Alpines referral, and I was very happy to meet Carl and arrange for the shipment through Hatch Brothers. This whole story had a very happy ending.  (more)

I bought my car from this dealership a couple of years ago and get a certain percentage off my services, so I decided to get my oil change here. I was told after they were done I would get a call, and after waiting over the time told it would take, I returned to find my car sitting and waiting in the parking lot. They never called. Also, I paid over double the amount I pay when I go anywhere else, even with my discount I think I will be going elsewhere for oil changes, which is too bad because I really would like to support the dealership my car came from  (more)

I have shipped many cars and trucks over the years and seldom have good experience. I used them for the first time recently to transport a minivan from Florida to Texas. The staff on the phone was pleasant and courteous and their pricing was very competitive. The driver showed up on time and was also very courteous and careful loading. The van arrived on time as promised and in the same condition as it left. This has been the best shipping experience I have had in quite a long time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this transport.  (more)
