Global Auto Transportation - Review

After researching and finding other top rated auto transport companies, I found Global Auto Transportation and they did everything they said. Is beyond perfect a thing? Because it was beyond perfect. They picked up the car on a Friday in DC, and was in GA the next day, like they said. Earlier than expected actually. If I need another car transported, I am going with Global Auto. I just recently just purchased my DREAM CAR and needed help transporting it from San Jose, CA to Corona, CA and since I have never transported a vehicle before I didenot know who to call or which company to go with. Paul at global auto transport totally got me out of a serious bind. To start I originally hired Roadrunner transport to ship my 3 vehicles from Arizona to New York. Well they epically dropped the ball. I had my father fly out to our house 2 days before the shipment was supposed to be picked up to meet the transport company. After spending 3 hours trying to get somebody on the phone at Roadrunner I was told they can�t confirm the shipment would be picked up in the time frame they told me was not an issue. Not only were they extremely difficult to get on the phone but as soon as I booked the reservation nobody wanted to even attempt to help the situation. So finally at the very last minute I decided to try to find a transporter that could help me out of this very bad situation especially in such a short time notice. That�s when I got in touch with Paul at global auto transport. He was not only helpful but actually took so much care in getting me out of this jam I was in. I explained to him the situation and he simply made it happen. I called at least 8 times after I booked the reservation with him and every single time he personally picked up the phone and kept me in the loop every second. So not only did I book it at the last minute but he got the 3 vehicles picked up the very next day and on there way to NY. This company was flawless. By far the best! I can�t thank Paul enough for all his help and the vehicles arrived in perfect condition 3 days later which was super fast. We signed a contract stating “door to door” service. When the car was delivered, the driver said the closest he could deliver the car was 1/2 hour away. Global knew this , but failed to tell us. There was a large parking lot across the street from the delivery address . Very deceiving. They did not tell us until after the fact that in some cities trucks can’t drive in certain areas.  (more)

I have transported my 2018 Elantra from Austn Texas to Los Angeles, actually to this location in Burbank with Global Auto. I came to pick up my car at their location on Saturday in the morning which was fantastic for me not to take day off from work. Car was in a great condition. I have transported my Chevy Malibu from Pittsburgh to Houston last month. Global guys helped me with this move. Philip was nice and friendly. I got my car in 4 days, it was dropped right on my driveway. Fernando was the driver, he kept informing us about the route. I paid cash to Fernando.  (more)
